Compare to my previou Xenon 2.0 backpack, the size is just right for me. (5' 5" short guy) 5 |

I have had many trackballs and this is the best. It is fat and quick. 5 |

My video camera and Fat Gecko Dual-Suction Camera Mount by Delkin were stolen at the Detroit Auto Show and the first thing I replaced was the Fat Gecko Dual-Suction Camera Mount by Delkin. It is the most useful tool to shoot video for cars and other action-packed events. It replaces a large tripod also. 5 |

I didn't think I would be the first to write a review for this little guy, but let me try and do it justice. When I first received it, I was really surprised at how... weird it is. It takes some getting used to, but once you do, and you find the optimal use of where your cords should go, and etc, you realize how ingenious this thing is. It fits right at the top of the main compartment of my bag; Somehow, the way the Nomatic backpack is made, it just fit like it belongs there. It's much easier to close this thing if you squeeze it, and I think thats the point; you can pretty much grab it from any angle and it is easy to hold. There is a strap on the bottom thats elastic, can put it over a handle or something, as well as a little hanger strap. The pockets are really cool, well made, and seem like they're going to last a long time. It was smaller, to me, than I thought it was going to be, but it holds a lot of stuff in it. I'm giving it a 5, and encourage anyone on the fence to try it. It's freed up many, many pockets in my backpack and it looks great. 5 |

I have been conveniently able to transport this little guy in my backpack that is loaded up with my laptop and books. The amount of data this holds is perfect for my school work and then some. 5 |

I am not a backpack guy and shoulder bags work best for me. This is my second Retrospective 30. I have a day bag and a night bag. This holds my MB Air, Z8, lenses, batteries and card reader so I can file my stuff from the field. 5 |

This is my first sling and admittedly, as a backpack guy, I was skeptical of making the change. I have not traveled with it yet, although I will take it with me to Europe in a couple of weeks. I have been using it in town, almost like an EDC bag in an effort to get used to it prior to our trip. So far, I am hooked. It is convenient for carrying the things that I use on a regular basis. It easily holds a 13" laptop, thin mousepad and mouse, an action camera and a few accessories, power bank, multiple charging cables, wireless earbud case, pen, wipes, hand sanitizer and a foldable grocery bag, with ease. I am looking forward to trying it internationally in place of my well trusted backpack. I only wish it had a more efficient way to hide the strap when carrying it by one of the handles. 5 |

This L-bracket is one of the few universal brackets that I know of that can accomodate a small m43 camera like the Panasonic GM5, even when the camera is mounted with a fat lens like the Panasonic 12-35 f2.8 or 20mm f1.7. The problem is that the diameter of these fat lenses protrudes below the bottom of the camera and prevents the use of many normal QR plates and most universal L-brackets. This Desmond bracket has the 3 slots, with the outer ones being very close to the edge of the bracket, making it possible to attach the bracket to the camera without the lens edge getting in the way. So far I have not had any trouble with the camera slipping or turning in the bracket once it is tightened, even in the vertical position. As usual with Desmond products, the build quality is very nice. 5 |
