Camera Backpack Top 10

I bought this bag in or around 2018 - I'm only writing the review now because I recommended this bag to my brother, and realized it was criminal that I hadn't posted a public one yet. This badboy has been with me to 10+ countries, been thrown in and out of every size of airplane, and generally been my bag of choice for everything that comes up. I have dragged it through immigration lines by the strap, and have worn it as a backpack because I had my hands full. It feels like a small bag, but somehow holds everything... like it always manages to hold everything. I tried tons of different specialized bags to use for getting my pilot's license, and this thing (surprise!) holds everything perfectly. Weekend bag? check. Month long trip? Rock this guy plus a backpack or carryon. Which brings me to the *only* flaw I can think of. It doesn't sit well on top of a rolling suitcase. The bag will want to slide off the top, and can tip over the whole arrangement when you're on the run. Also, and I can't explain this with anything other than witchcraft... it looks *exactly* the same as when I bought it. 11 out of 10.

The Bevisgear Top Shelf Camera Backpack is the only bag I found that was so easily accessible. The design that lets it flip onto its side while wearing it is clever, unique and well thought out. It's also a heavy duty bag which will surely wear well with regular use. Thickly padded with a steel latch connected to a steel frame surrounding the main opening, it's a sturdy bag, yet compact and light considering the amount of gear I fit into it. I fit a Nikon Z7, three lenses and their hoods, a teleconverter, an extra battery and their included rain cover. I don't think you'll find a better bag and I highly recommend this one.

I use this to wrap around a Canon HF G21 camcorder that I keep in the top compartment of my DSLR camera backpack. I figure it would be perfect as an extra layer of padding in an area of the bag that wasn't intended for a camera let alone a camcorder. This wrap just does fine and fits perfectly around my camcorder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Wandrd backpack. It is extremely well made. The material is fantastic. Any dirt or sand brushes right off. I am confident that my gear is protected. It is thoughtfully designed and easy to access whatever I need. I typically leave my DJI mavic drone in the main compartment along with the controller, extra batteries and other accessories. With that, I am also able to fit my EOSR with a battery grip and small lens in the top compartment. If I want to bring more camera gear and still have my drone, I attach the Route chest pack which comfortably fits my camera with a 100-300mm lens and then I store smaller lenses in the top portion of the backpack. I am beyond grateful to have finally found a bag system that works for me!

This bag is the perfect size if your travel will take you on smaller regional flights. I never had any trouble getting it in the overhead bin, nor did the gate personnel try at any time to get me to gate-check the bag. The side and top handles were VERY handy for getting it in and out of the overhead bins and the separate laptop section made it very quick and convenient to get the computer out at security. I carried a Canon 50D, 70-200mm f2.8, several smaller lenses, a flash, a Netbook and various miscellaneous pieces of camera gear. As a carry-on, this bag really shines. However, working out of the bag is a little awkward. In order to get to any of the camera gear, the entire top must be unzipped and laid back. Not fatal, just not real efficient. The backpack straps are well padded, but the bag is definitely a carry-on first and a backpack second. But, it will get your gear to your destination in great shape and still be a reasonable camera backpack while you are there. I bought this backpack after looking at literally dozens of options online. I was looking for something with enough room for a body and a couple of lenses, and a fairly large general compartment, preferably, with a couple of tailored pockets and smaller spaces. This backpack answered both these requirements and more. It features several designated pockets for your phone, your passport, chargers and cables, and a bottle. In addition, there's a large flat compartment at the front, and additional storage space provided as a retractable hold-it-all pocket in the top part of the backpack. The camera cube can be accessed from the side, as well as from the back; you can also take it out altogether. The backpack offers designated spaces for an approx. 13 laptop and a tablet. Despite its roomy interior, the backpack is not bulky and sits comfortably, even on people with smaller frames (like myself). The shoulder straps and the back of the bag are padded and the straps are easily adjustable, which ensures that the backpack remains solidly snugged against your back at all times. On top of all this, WANDRD PRVKE is stylish and pretty and looks nothing like your standard dull camera backpacks. I absolutely love it! Highly recommended!

Love the added protection this brings. I use this camera often in the backcountry and keep it in the top of a backpack. I wanted a product that didn't add too much bulk or weight but gave me a little more protection. This was a perfect solution.

I don't give many compliments on products, etc. That said, this backpack camera bag is top notch. It is very well designed and manufacturer. Tip: Buy the next larger size than you think you need. :-)

I bought this about 2 months ago and don’t know how I ever used my camera without it. I much prefer the cuff over the strap as I’m usually wearing a backpack in the city and it’s nice to not have so much around my neck. 10/10 peak design

This is a fantastic bag! I can hike all day and it feels like I'm not wearing a backpack at all. I use a Canon R5 with an RF 70-200mm f/2.8, so it's not exactly the lightest or smallest rig out there, and I also carry the 10 essentials of hiking with me at all times. The camera with the lens attached fits (barely) in the camera cube, but it's easy enough to get in and out. I am a big guy at 6' 2 and 275 lbs. but it's still comfortable to wear. My only minor gripe is that the harness and clips that come with the kit are a bit short for someone of my build, so if I'm carrying the camera attached near the sternum strap, it's pretty close to my face. For the average person, this wouldn't be a problem. 10/10 recommend!
