Camera Backpack With Roller

I own several Think Tank backpacks and roller bags. I love them all. Each serves a different purpose depending on the kind of trip I'm taking, how much weight I can take on planes, especially local overseas flights, etc. I really like this backpack because of its dimensions. It's slightly deeper than my Think Tank Airport Essentials backpack which means I can pack several of my lenses in it vertically rather than horizontally. This gives me more room for non-camera body and lens gear, i.e., ND filters, batteries, chargers, card reader, external drives, etc. Obviously my backpack becomes heavier, but for some trips, this is better than camera gear in one bag and other gear in something else.

I'm using this bag for my Blackmagic 6K camera kit, and I love it. I needed something that could be carried like a backpack, but with roller wheels in case I've got another backpack of gear I'm carrying. This fit the bill, and it's spacious enough to carry my camera body, batteries, cage w/ handles, as well as 3-4 cinema lenses and media cards/hard drives. I also love the laptop pocket, making this perfect for my carry-on when flying. It's pretty lightweight for the size, but it's solid and holds all my expensive camera gear very snugly. The only complaints I have are 1) the collapsible handle doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like - although it hasn't given me any trouble thus far; and 2) the way you tuck the backpack straps in to convert it to a roller bag is a little clumsy. But once I got a system figured out for that, it's worked great. All in all, this is a solid bag that I'd definitely buy again.

Small and portable, with an easy to wear lanyard. I use this every shoot. I have one for my roller and backpack.

Love the roller bag to backpack conversion. It is heavy but I know my gear is protected. Love the versatility.

Just an overall smart, clean design. It fits in my backpack or carry-on roller back easily. Materials are quality and durable. Perfect gift or gift to yourself.

The bag is of high quality materials and workmanship. Well padded and very versatile compartment arrangements (many dividers). It can either be a backpack or roller case. When using as a roller case the backpack straps are neatly stored inside a compartment in the back of the bags. The size is just right for carry-on luggage. Highly recommend.

I was initially skeptical of the size but this little bag has made my travel life so much easier! My wife and I travel frequently for work and I was looking for a good solution for tech carry that wouldn't result in the need for 3 bags since I also need an athletic backpack for work! I went through different backpack, briefcase, and roller luggage combinations before giving this roller a try! It packs substantially less than a traditional piece of comparably-sized roller luggage due to the tech compartment. You effectively lose the other side of the suitcase except for what flat items you can fit beneath the mesh divider. We tend to travel 4-5 days at a time but the limited space really forced me to critically think about each item I was packing. With efficient packing and planning, I was able to fit exactly what I needed for that length of a trip (I don't need to pack business/formal wear for these trips). But beware that when they say this is best for 1-3 days, they mean it. The tech folio is the perfect size for exactly the things you need. I am able to fit my Macbook, iPad Pro, harddrive, mouse, chargers, etc. without making it too bulky to slide easily in and out of the tech compartment. Careful placement of the Macbook and iPad made for the SMOOTHEST TSA checkpoints I've experienced in our 5+ years of constant travel. This is the highlight they advertise and it's definitely a game-changer. Once through security, I'm easily able to get to the items I need to get some work done before boarding the plane and stowing the folio under the seat with my backpack and the suitcase up in the overhead compartments! VERY easy flow on and off the plane! Awesome and worth the money if you're an efficient packer with a tech need on the road!

This is the �very best roller backpack I ever bought. I use 4 wheel rolling �on �flat �surfaces, � as back pack �when � I encounter stairs. It hold two cameras. One full frame, one crop. Four lens, �150-600 c sigma, �70-200 f4 is canon, 24-70 2.8 L ii and canon �100mm �macro is. Bag �& � photo gears weighted 23lbs. I am a senior with �back problem, this �bag makes my traveling very comfortable. �Deserved �a 5 stars rating.

Being a senior citizen, the thought of carrying the 45L Travel Backpack all day long makes my shoulders hurt. I improvised and attached the removeable roller frame from my roller backpack to the front of the 45L. The Rain Fly covers up the unsightly roller frame when using the 45L as a backpack :) It also adds as a deterrance from thiefs by covering up all of the pockets...

I was looking for a backpack to compliment my roller carry on, load with uw photo equipment. It had to be small to fit under the "personal item" category of the airlines. It was a perfect match.
