Camera Comparison Between Iphone 14 And 15

I recently replaced my iPhone 14 Pro Max with the new iPhone 15 Pro Max so a new case was in order. I had recently purchased the PD Everyday Case for my 14 Pro Max along with the Out Front Bike Mount and Creator Kit. Buying another Everyday Case for my 15 Pro Max was a given. Peak Design gear is so thoughtfully designed and all but indestructible. Full disclosure, I have several pieces of PD gear and can't say enough good things about every piece. Keep it up!!

I am a professional filmmaker, and use my camera in upwards of 14 or 15 hours a day sometimes. I needed a second battery for my C100. This has worked perfect on 2 batteries I have easily been able to make through the days.

Easy to use with iPhone 15 Pro Max.

This camera will be the perfect solution for my need to enjoy focusing through a real lens instead of my iPhone 14+ screen, yet keep the size small enough to enjoy the ease of being able to photograph with as little to carry as possible.

This rig has turned out iPhone 14 Pro into our go to camera for many shoots. Great when shooting handheld with shoes for a wireless mic receiver and a light...and it easily screws into our tripod too.

I was a bit worried as the iPhone 14 Pro has a big camera bulging out of it. But the case is wonderfully designed with the protective area for the camera being flushed/just a tad longer than the camera protrudes! The phone is also very slippery but the case provides excellent grip and it hasn't slipped once since I put the case on! I can't vouch for the drop test area but I can only assume it will work in that department too with all the other features it has provided. Do be aware that some screen protectors are not compatible with this phone case though. If there is any room for improvement, I'd say that they make that abundantly clear when purchasing the case as you read the description, with the way the case performs I would happily switch screen protectors in an instant. 5/5 still though!

at 15 by 14 it is not a pocket album, but if you need something this size, it is a good product.

The iPhone 15 Pro cameras are bigger, so add-on lenses have to be optimized for the new camera. (Stay away from budget lenses) I was happy to see it was sharp and in focus from corner to corner on my 15 Pro. The T-series mount is larger. Moment sells phones cases for the mount, and some iPhone cages have available adapter plates that can handle T-series mounts.  Mount the lens by twisting. Use the included hex key to align the lens so it's vertical. The iPhone 15 Pro camera is already wide, so adding a 1.33x lens means we are approaching the ultra wide view of a GoPro. (You can punch in with the Blackmagic Camera app--so that gives you a range of options). The gold anamorphic flares are stronger than the older models which is nice. Worth the money.

Got this as an upgrade from the 14-42. In comparison, the 14-54 II gives you more light to work with, better macro capabilities, less distortion, faster focus, marginally sharper images, more DoF-control, better build quality, and a bit more zoom. The cons are the added weight, although the camera and lens does feel more secure and stable in your hands when in use. All in all I would definately buy it again, although I might have considered the 50mm macro as well, as it is supposed to be even sharper and adding a lot more DoF-control since it is f/2. Its versatility does not compare however, so you have to know yourself as a photographer before you make the choice.
