Camera De Surveillance Sans Connection Internet

With so many different connections on camera bodies it makes sense to de-couple the actual trigger mechanism from the camera connection. Coming from the older trigger single cable with a screw-in 10 pin connector I didn't quite get the two cable set up. The packaging does a good job at explaining this though. What it didn't explain is that the Nikon USB connection is polarized, although it looks like it could go in either way. Again I was used to the older trapezoidal shaped connection in which the mating orientation is way more obvious. Once everything is mated it works just as I expected. With the trigger being so small you just have to learn which position is Normal vs Pre-Trigger. Still no problem.

After turning it on I had some dificulties trying to update it via the app. Be sure to have a stable and strong internet connection to pass this stage quickly. (You may require to turn the bluetooth on and restart the app after doing so) If you cant pair the camera with the app after the update, try changing the frequency from 5.0 to 2.4Ghz. After this little inconveniences just go record something. The camera is amazing and the menu very intuitive. Stabilization awesome!

Wifi has long range of effectiveness. Internet connection is stable. My internet speed is 200 mbs and this modem router is doing a great job transferring the signal!

Have a large home and wireless surveillance cameras outside. Now have great connection to outside cameras and can freely roam the house with wireless devices without dropping connection. I give the pair of Deco X55 a big thumbs up!

It has tremendously helped me and my family able to have a internet connection in our basement
