Sony has and continues to be a tour de force in the digital camera industry. I bought the spare battery for my Sony RX1. The kit comes with a charger the size of the battery vs. some humongous device. When I change out an exhausted battery I place it in the small case/charger. Once home I simply plug the charger in. I bought this lens to put on a video camera as it features the de-clickable iris but I used it recently in a studio photo session paired with my Nikon D800 and it performed amazingly well. The colour, the 3D feel to the photos is hard to explain. If you can, go see the guys at B&H and try it on your camera...you will love it. Warning: it is a pro lens and it doesn't suffer fools. It slapped me around a bit at first as it takes time to get used to the manual focus and no IS. But keep at it and you will be rewarded with some fine images. Now I want the 85 Milvus. 5 |
