Camera Gear To Stabilize Shot
Robert | 2024-06-28 01:23:45 |
...Either that or don't get old. It just makes sense to take the time to create your shot and stabilize the camera when holding your breath no longer works. This bag is great just slung over my shoulder and it serves as a great thing to simply swing out and lean against or plop onto something which is itself stable so that you can then compose and expose your shot and begin to use shutter speed as another meaningful parameter in your mobile shooting. The buckwheat filling is extremely light, yet sets up nice to give you that stability that you need. This thing is valuable for those times that you just have to walk around handheld---either for stills or video. 5 |

I needed a way to stabilize my Nikon D300 in NYC when I was shhoting the Christmas lights. Trying to use a tripod with the crowded sidewalks was not practical, so I used this pod with very good success. My stock agency accepted several of my images that i shot with it. The trick is to find a friendly mailbox, bench, or fence to rest the pod on. Although it has a tripod mount, i didn't use it rather just put pressure on the camera as I was taking the shot. I think this would provide sharp shots of 1-2 seconds with a bit of practice. 5 |

These steel shot filled bags are great. I use them to stabilize light stands and they wrap around and stay put. Works great. High quality finish and feel. 5 |

This bracket helps stabilize the camera. I use this even when I don't have anything attached to the top. 5 |

I get that you might want to hide your camera and lens inside the bag while walking around. But you might miss the shot while assembling your gear. So if you don't want to hide your gear and you don't want to miss the shot, why not use the Capture Clip mounted to the outside of the bag and carry a camera plus lens mounted to the Clip with all your personal stuff on the inside? Or a camera and lens on the outside mounted to the Clip and an additional two lenses or an additional camera plus lens on the inside? Love this little bag - I have it set up with the Capture Clip so it's ready to go and grab it and my camera whenever I make a quick trip. 5 |

Nope this is not a knock-off but rather the knock-offs aspire to be. This clamp is made in the USA. If I am going to support my camera and lenses, the last thing I want to happen is the camera falls off the trip pod because I decided to save a few dollars on a cheaper quick release clamp. The price is reflective of the quality. Yes I would buy it again and also the pins that keep it from moving. I have a bunch of money in my gear and I just want to capture the shot when I see it and not going with ProMedia could put the money shot in jeopardy. Their gear makes no excuses and their customer service it 5 star. You will be glad you bought this and not look back. 5 |

Using this handle not only helps stabilize the camera, but also gives a perfect button to record as well. The hand grip is fantastic and feels solid. 5 |
