Camera Hdmi Not Working

Have been using these for a while now. Recently had to replace a few for the newer standard HDMI. Still working well.

Great for on-camera accessories that need HDMI

This HDMI is cheap and works fine, what else is there to say? Since HDMI is digital, it's either working or it's not, why pay a bunch for another cable that will not increase the quality 1%

Needed to connect sound and video equipment that has HDMI and composite connections. Everything is working great so I'm happy!

I have tested this adaptor with a different combination of computers, monitors and projectors without any big issues. The adapter comes in a small box the size of a cell phone but the thickness of two. The box is very difficult to open and the adapter sits in a flimsy tray within the box. The packaging was all wrecked removing the adaptor for the first time. The adapter has a VGA port on one side and the other side has a 3.5mm audio port, HDMI cable and Micro USB-B port. The adaptor says that is doesn't require any power so I am unsure why it has a USB port on. There are no included instructions in the box, on the box or on the web site to provide more information. When I first connected this adaptor to my computer I was shocked how quickly it was working. If I connected the HDMI port first to my computer then almost instantly of connecting a monitor the video and sounds were working. If I connect the VGA cable first, then audio and video start within 3 to 4 seconds as does any normal HDMI monitor. The sound and picture from this dongle were crisp, clear and without any delay. When I first played copy protected content (i.e. Netflix) the dongle stopped working and I had to disconnect then reconnect and it started working again. I have not been able to reproduce this issue since but I thought it would be worth noting. This adaptor starts working very quickly. I had doubts about converting HDMI to analog but my mind has been changed since using this adaptor. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.

We are using it to connect a DSLR with an ATEM Mini for Livestreaming. It is working like a charm. It needs Blackmagic converters, HDMI - SDI and viceversa.

I got this for my husband's media setup. He has at least 6 game consoles and a soundbar all on one tv. It took us a couple tries, some troubleshooting, and some googling to get it working (follow the included quick start guide! The order you plug things in MATTERS!), but it's been working great since. The main problem we had was that the soundbar wouldn't work, even though its HDMI was plugged into the tv and not the switcher. Changed the soundbar hookup from HDMI to optical and that did the trick!

I have a gtx 980, It comes with 1 DVI port, 1 HDMI port and 3 Displayports. To get surround working on 3 monitors i needed to get an adapter from Displayport to DVI. This was the adapter I bought. It works flawlessly and I couldnt be happier with it. B&H was very fast on shipping my adapter out, I had it only 2 days after i submitted the order!

I looked at a number of HDMI switchers, and most seemed to be made quite cheaply. I have also owned ones that quit working. This unit has a metal housing, and the switching works great. One of my inputs is a 4k HDR disc player, that looked great on my TV, when routed through this box. As a comparison, I hooked up the same units through an older switcher, and half of the colors were gone. Worked as promised.

I have tested this Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter using several notebooks and projectors. The adapter always connects quickly and works every time. The adaptor comes in a zip lock bag that most StarTech cables come in. The adaptor is about as long as a pen, made with a shiny black plastic HDMI end and soft plastic cable. This is a very premium feeling product. When the adapter is connected to my computer it starts working immediately. No installation was needed as it started working when connected for the first time within seconds. This adaptor now has a permanent home with my laptop and I use it every time I connect to a projector. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.
