Camera Stabilizer Platform And Camcorder Therefore

My last camcorder had a cap on it; this camera does not. Therefore, I would purchase this to keep the dust off of the camera lens, especially since it closes automatically and could easily trap in the dust.

I use a NikonD200 with a Neoprene neck strap and the neoprene, flexible Stabilizer Strap (Op/Tech USA) around my chest when camera is not in use. The stabilizer precents the camera swaying when I am running, climbing, or otherwise active, even getting out of crowded vehicles. The stbilizer prevents the strap from impacting anything like branches, rock walls, furniture, or the person in the seat ahead of me. It permits the camera to instantly slip out of the stabilizer, leaving the strap in position./ The strap length is adjustable to fit over a bulky jacket or vest, and the snap-on ends make it easy to fit.The central lens opening can be enlarged to fit extremely wide diameter lenses. I canot imagine how it could be improved.

I have 3 of these on different plates and such to keep from having to remove the camera from the stabilizer, they are indispensable.

This is a very good camera stabilizer product but needs a support like the Eroz X1.

We use this on our Canon video camera and the last one protected the lens by the filter getting a dent, but not the actual lens. Therefore, this is our second filter, cheap, but doesn't effect the image quality. We'll always have one on!

My camera goes almost everywhere with me. Therefore it takes some abuse. However, I want my LCD screen to stay clean and scratch free. The Giotto Screen Protector has done just that. This one replaces another that has deep scratches from use. Using nothing but a hair dryer and my hands, the screen was replaced in less than 5 minutes. I really like this product.
