I have tried many different types of foldable music stand and finally I reached this stand and “Voila!” I should have tried this long time ago...

Nothing wrong with this stand. I own several of different types and bought two of these for their versatility. I can use them for holding my Manfrotto crossbar to support background canvas or muslin or use them to hold my SB-28 Speedlights with whatever snoot, grid, etc. is called for. They are also plenty substantial enough to support my Photogenic monolights. They can be used to hold reflectors or other lighting modifiers. These are lightweight enough to be no hassle on the road and strong enough to handle the jobs I listed above. I have no complaints whatsoever with them, as is often the case with Manfrotto equipment.

I have had a few other types of c-stands and the Matthews stand is by far the best stand I have. If you are debating on this stand and the stand that has the turtle base, I would say to make your choice based on whether or not you need the saved space for storage. The turtle base is more compact in the sense that is can break down into two pieces, but if you are not struggling for space then save the money and buy this one. The other benefit to this stand is the leg that can raise. That has come in handy with awkward setups.

Let me preface this review by saying that I have used a lot of monitors in the last few years all the way from $100-$450, All types of panels from VA, IPS and TN. All types of resolutions from 1080p, 3440x1440, 1440p, 4k. I haven't owned a BenQ monitor before this, That being said I watched quite a few reviews on youtube and this one came highly recommended as the best value 1080p gaming monitor of 2023, 400 nits at this price point is unheard of and it's VERY bright which I like. The monitor is a bit chunky compared to some others but that really doesn't matter to me as the stand and overall build quality feels more like 300$ not 120$. I can't stress enough of how good of a deal this monitor is at $120. Pros: Packaged well to avoid damage. Amazing stand that feels very stable with no wobble. Very bright screen 350-400 Nits. No dead pixels out of the box. Comes with both HDMI and DP cables. Built-in USB 3.0 Hub with cable. Cons: I don't like the orange accents on the stand but what can you do.

I have used this camera to take several different types of pictures and find that it is competitive with DSLR's that cost hundreds more.
