Camera works great! You better know everything possible about how to set up motion detection and regions and sensitivity and threshold values because you aren't going to get decent phone support. The YouTube videos that are available appear to mostly be supplied by third party volunteers and don't explain how alerts are sent to your cell phone. I've been on hold for more than 2 hours and that is after requesting a call back about 4 hours ago. The search function on the Lorex site is pathetic - when I put in the model of my NVR it can't find anything??!! Seriously? I'm sure the people that programmed the alerts and motion detection software believe it is highly intuitive and easy to use but I'm not one of those people. Does anyone read these reviews? You have one very unhappy customer out in the real world that would like to help you improve your training/instructional videos but need to speak with a real person that can process information - not just read from a script. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the perfect padlock for anyone. It's a smart padlock that hooks to your phone and alerts you everytime its opened. I feel safe using it to lock up my shed when I'm not using the items in it. The padlock its self is heavy, thick and very sturdy. 5 |

The door bell is everything I expected, I have never had issues with it and love the interaction with google home and the alerts every time someone comes to my door. I would recommend it for peace of mind and security. 5 |

We are building a new home, interior finishes are in progress, heat and internet are live, and I can keep an eye on both houses with 1 app. Approved users have their phone linked to the system and it turns off the inside camera if they are there, but I can still tell from the motion sensors they are still there. If someone not approved is in the house I get a notification on my phone that a person was detected, and I can go to my phone an see who is there. Exactly what I needed! I have a security system in the current house I bought 2 years ago, it was state of the art at that time - I hate it! 5 |
