Cannot Connect Hp Printer Wirelessly

We needed a new printer because my 11 year old HP printer would not connect wirelessly to my new modem. Seems odd, but that's what the HP tech figured out after spending 45 minutes reviewing all my settings. So being rather impatient, I found B&H Photo, Video, Audio on the internet (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/) and ordered this new printer. We live in Colorado and we had our new printer in 2 days, and shipping was free. We were elated and the printer works fabulously. B&H's customer service and support is top notch! Give them a try.

This is such a fun and great quality printer. I admit, I miss having an all-in-one and was sorry it wouldn’t connect wirelessly, but I still love it.

Very pleased with the quality of this printer. It was easy to set up and connect wirelessly to computer. Print quality and speed are very good. This replaced a HP large format printer.

Ive always been an Xerox printer user. This one is very easy to setup, connect wirelessly and prints good quality. i like the double sided printing possibility feature in it.

So far, I'm really impressed with its performance. The setup was incredibly easy, and even easier to connect wirelessly! Printing quality is excellent for both documents and photos, with sharp text and vibrant colors. I love the convenience of being able to print wirelessly from my phone or tablet. Overall, the HP DeskJet 2855e is a reliable, user-friendly printer that delivers great results at an affordable price. Highly recommended!

I have never had an issue with genuine HP cartridges. Cannot say the same for off-brand cartridges.

Even though I don't need these cables since I am using the printer wirelessly, it is good to have them in case I need them.

I have owned several HP printers in the last few years and they always seem to be very difficult to setup. To save paper they have gone to short setup guides, which are usually lacking and often confusing. After downloading the app (which they should just point you to the app store to find, rather than send you to a website that links to the app store), there was one page that was a bit unclear as it looked like you were supposed to connect the printer to Wi-Fi without there being any instructions as to how to do that, but after moving to the next page the app proceeded to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi (I only had to input my password) and then to set the printer up. There were a couple of steps in taking off the tape (there was a lot o tope) and trying to insert the paper, which were not completely clear, but they were not show stoppers. The printer is really fast and the prints are crisp and clear. Still not a fan of Instant Ink Program, but fortunately it is free for the first 2 months.

I am a small business owner who was looking for a printer & scanner that was color, compact & had a wireless Wi-Fi connection. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro checks all these boxes. The setup process was SUPER easy. It took less than 10 minutes. I used the LCD touch screen to connect to my WIFI network. I love being able to connect to this using the wireless network. This printer’s size is perfect for a small business owner because it does not take up a lot of room on your desk. You can use all paper sizes with this printer, however, there is only one paper tray that fits letter size. If you need to print with legal size, you must feed the paper through a slot (which is not ideal) but works fine. This is a very solid printer with enough functions to use as your main printer for your small business.
