Cannot See Files On Seagate External Hard Drive

A nice little case for protecting all my files on a seagate hard drive, I have two now.

At first I was skeptical with the dimensions that my Seagate 2TB External Hard Drive would fit into this case. I called the store and the gentleman assured me it would. So, I got it. This case provides the protection I need to carry my External Hard Drive from one location to another and with the hard-shell design, I can have confidence that my external hard drive will function when I plug it in to my laptop.

It is made with a durable metal enclosure, so it's protected from bumps and drops. It is so easy to transfer files to and from my desktop. I like how small and portable this product is. I can take it with me wherever I go.

I have found the Seagate 5TB drive a great external drive for backing up video editing projects, and for taking with me on video shoots. I can copy files from my cameras onto the drive, keep filming the next day, and then plug it into my computer when I am back in the office and I have all my files.

In particular, I have a lot of music files and Garageband files that eat up space on the SSD. This Seagate Expansion drive is great for storing all of these files. I don’t need to constantly access these files, but having this external hard drive means that I can access them when I need them and even transfer the ones I need to the SSD if I need to have them on the laptop itself, for example if I’m taking it on the go. This Seagate Expansion drive is also impressively speedy when it comes to transferring and accessing files stored on it. It doesn’t make much noise at all when it’s running, and it also looks and feels really nice so I don’t mind having it at my desk. It’s great to not have to worry about running out of space or losing my files, all thanks to this spacious and secure external hard drive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 12TB Seagate Expansion for PC is awesome! I have a gaming PC that’s been pretty slow lately, so I’ve been needing to free up space. The Seagate Expansion is an extremely spacious external hard drive that is super easy to set up. I set the expansion up as my default backup device, so now I don’t have to worry about losing my files. I’m also using it to remove and store files from my computer so that I have more space for games. I was surprised when I initially removed the drive from the box because it’s much smaller than I anticipated, which was nice. It also came with a variety of plugs that work with international outlets, so I could bring this drive with me whenever I travel abroad. Overall, I’m very pleased with this external drive.

Simple to use and very quick to transfer pictures and files from old external hard drive.

I have used my Seagate Hard Drive for around 2 months now and have no complaints about the product. In my line of work 1 TB is honestly a bit over kill, but nonetheless I still find comfort in knowing that there will be space on it for years to come. Uploading speeds are completed with haste and efficiency, and in my experience have been carried out with not a single error or mistake. The hard drive is light and discrete, which is important to me when I am traveling. Lastly the small indicator light is a huge asset to be because it visually confirms that everything is in working order, to there are no guessing games or double checks to see if files are in fact being carried over. I strongly recommend this product to those who want to have peace of mind in file storage, and those who need to take files with them in the midst of travel.

My 3 TB Seagate External Hard Drive went along with 80000 images. I was devastated . Luckily I had done GoodSync Backup and was able to get all my images back onto this 6 TB WD External Hard Drive. I bought two of these , the second one for backup. I plan to buy a third to keep off site.

I bought the Seagate 2tb plus slim external hard drive and this case fit it perfectly. Also, it has a little pouch to keeps my usb wire. Its small enough so that I don’t have to carry around anything bulky with me but big enough to fit some other accessories I might need when I carry around my external hard drive. I love the color and it fits of course in my bag without taking up much room and also fits in the inside of my jacket. I really like how quickly it was delivered and packaged safely. All around a great buy. Recommend it to anyone needed to protect their hard drive.
