I recently moved up from an older laptop with only USB type A connections to one with only type C connections. All of my old devices are of no use on the new computer without adapters like these. They work perfectly. Of course, I don't gain the higher speed connections of Thunderbolt connectivity with my older devices, but they work as fast as they ever did. I can upgrade external devices as my budget allows. 5 |
