Canon 1Dx Mark Ii Digital Camera Warehouse

Wow what a game changer. The Canon 1DX Mark II was already a great camera but the 1DX Mark III goes even farther. The focus is much better and the low light is better then the 20 frames a second mirror up is like having a mirrorless camera. I love that it came with a 64gb card and plan to get a larger card in the near future, because they are now cheap...but if you are considering this camera...make the jump, take a leap of faith....you won’t be disappointed.

As much as I love my Canon 1DX Mark II, I love this camera even more! The weight, the features, the ease of use...all are really solid.

I have been using the Transcend 125 GB for 3 weeks now on my Canon 1DX mark II. It has been a speedy and faithful media for this short time and dramatically outpaces the CF slot on the camera. Formatting in-camera has worked well so far. I have been using the Transcend USB3 reader with it with perfect results to date.

I bought the 5D Mark IV from B&H awhile ago and have had the opportunity to use it for corporate jobs, headshots, and travel photography. It is a beautiful camera, versatile, and compared to the 1DX mark ii, light weight. My policy is if the subject moves quickly like a speed skater, I shoot the 1DX mark ii. If the subject does not move as quickly, such as shooting a portrait, the 5D mark iv is a great choice. If you pair this body with a 24-70 f2.8L you will have one of the most useful packages in your hand. You can shoot a lot of different things. A few nits. For this kind of money, Canon should include C Log with the camera, out of the box. While the camera has decent weather sealing, it's not in the same league as the 1DX mark ii. But it's a lot less money and a lot less weight. Overall, I think this camera is about as close to perfect as you can get. I'm not an insane Canon person. I have friends who shoot Nikon as well as Sony and those are nice cameras as well. But if you have bought into Canon lenses, love to have quality support from Canon Professional Services, and enjoy weather sealing, this is the way to go.
