I keep this on my 24-105 f4 mainly for protection. 5 |

Small and easy to carry with Canon R6 and 24-105 f4 kit Lense. 5 |

Seems very solidly built. Screwed on to my 24-105 f4 Canon lens with no problems, and is well held on. The rotation of the polarizer works well. No complaints. 5 |

I have owned this lens for four years, using with a A6500. I have seen reviews critical of its sharpness which surprised me. I am primarily a Canon shooter (R5 and R with solid RF L glass) and use the Sony when I seek a lighter weight kit. I felt the need to leave this review, as I wish to share my viewpoint that this lens is an incredible blend of sharpness and portability. About a year ago, I set up a sharpness test with this lens against the following: Sony PZ 18-105 OSS F4, Sony 50mm F1.8, Canon EF 24-105 F4 Mark 2, Canon EF 85 F1.2 (both of these converted with a Metabones adapter) using the a6500 body. Pixel peeping these images in Lightroom, I have to say that the Sony 16-70 F4 hung in there very well with sharpness across the zoom range (even at 70mm against the Canon 24-105) and across the frame. Maybe the lesson learned here is that there is variability across the lens lot and you need to make sure you have a good copy. But I will tell you that if you do have a good copy, this lens provides great results and is such a pleasant experience in terms of weight and portability. It is great. 5 |

I'm A Sony guy now but used Canon before, I kept all of my L Glass 24-105 F4, 17-40 F4, 70-200 F4, 85mm F1.8 and they all work great with my A7II and A7RII highly recomended. 5 |

The best UV lens filter at the best price. Fit my Canon 24-105 F4 Lens perfectly. It blocks the suns rays and protects the lens. Excellent product 5 |

I bought the Metabones to use my Canon lenses (24-105 f4, 70-200 f2.8 and Tokina 11-16 f2.8) on my Sony a6300. So far it has worked great! I film road cycling and mountain biking and have never had any sort of problems with the lenses or camera connecting to the adapter. I've also shot in plenty of rainy/muddy conditions and have never had any weather sealing issues, but it's still a little early to say if this will hold. I can definitely recommend the adapter. Obviously if you need autofocus then you're looking in the wrong place. 5 |

I’ve been using a Sigma 24-105 f4 for the last few years on my MK4 & the R. It’s a great lens, better than Canon’s version for sure. This new 24-105 for the R is really, really nice, sharp edge to edge at 24mm which is where I see sharpness fall the hardest with the Sigma. The lens is a bit smaller, lighter, color and contrast are pretty good to. This lens (on sale) is priced right, I think I’ll wait a bit on any other Canon mirrorless lens until there pricing levels out. B&H is the Best Happy New Year all!! 5 |

This RF 24-105 F4 lens came with my Canon R5. I was a little worried about it being a lens that came in the kit with the camera. After using it for a few days, I was very impressed. The zoom range is almost perfect and the sharpness is awesome. The quality of this lens is definitely a red ring performer. Thank you canon for having the best camera equipment around. 5 |
