Canon 24 105Mm Review

I have been using as a lens protector of 24-105mm canon lens.

I bought this to protect my new Canon 24-105mm f4L.

The 24-105mm Lens is one of my favorites to travel and take everywhere with me. Not as heavy as the Canon 24-105mm!

I was surprised that it worked well with my A9 and 24-105mm.

I purchased the Canon 24-105mm F/4 L lens several years ago as part of the original 5D kit. The lens cap was perfectly functional, with release clips positioned along the outside edge. When I thought I lost the cap, I bought the new version as a replacement. The release mechanism is now situated toward the center on the face of the cap. This is a big improvement, making it easier to use. I eventually found the original, but it's now relegated to being a backup.

I purchased this to use (initially) with the kit 24-105mm Canon lens that came with my Canon 6D camera. It came with end covers and a nice case (typical Canon lens case). I've tested it for a few days now and so far it produces great results. I do plan to purchase a dedicated macro lens. The EF 25 II may have been a bit better with this lens as it would have gotten me a bit closer focus.

I already have the original 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens, that I bought with my first Canon DSLR (the original EOS 5D), back in 2006. This is an update to that lens that will serve as a great all-round lens with my EOS 5DS camera.

I broke the OEM lens hood for my Canon 24-105mm L lens and needed a replacement. This one seems to fit better than the original and is less than 1/2 the cost!
