OK, I may be crazy to hand-hold a 400 zoom attached to my Canon 70D...but, you can't use a tripod while shooting airshows, birds or other very fast moving objects that are far away. This grip can handle the load and is beefy enough for my large hands. Physical control is vastly improved resulting in great photos! 5 |

Terrific little tripod. I have used this tripod for both my Panasonic G7 and my Canon 70D and found it very stable and and sure-footed. Folded, the legs provide a great ergonomic hand grip. Though the ball is not silky smooth in operation, the push button release makes it easy to adjust, and once set the tripod is very firm and capable of holding both my cameras without creep. This tripod can be used in a number of locations, but without hand on stabilization, this tripod is best used on flat surfaces for best stability, as the legs are not individually adjustable. Overall, a very useful and worthwhile purchase. 5 |
