The best battery yet for the Canon 1DX series

I've tried all of the Canon grips for every 5D series camera I've had. Ended up returning them all (or not using them). This one, though, is different. Maybe it's because the camera itself is lighter than 5D models, but this grip on the EOS R makes the camera feel fantastic--not as heavy as a 1D (instead of heavier w/ the grip on 5D cameras) but just as hearty and, well, good! The feel of the grips on both the camera and the grip is just fantastic. Makes me want to just hold the silly camera even when I'm not photographing anything. Weird, I know. But anyway, yeah, great grip. Great, great grip. Recent price reduction is wonderful, too. Strong buy.

I've used this on Canon 5d and Sony A7s series cameras for 8 years as well as other models. Great thing is as you move from camera to camera, you don't have to keep buying new cages and throwing out the old ones which only worked for 1 model. Because the pieces are all separate you can optimize the configuration for your camera and how you use it. I use this cage with follow focuses and have had no real issues with slippage despite lack of anti-twist pins on most cameras . I mount Atomos and SmallHD monitors, shotgun mics, indipro LPE6 dual battery holders, and HDMI locks. Rock solid. Small Rig has a full range of accessories. Enough 3'8 and 1/420 holes so that there is never really an issue with attachments getting blocked. You can get taller or shorter cheese rods to adjust to your camera height also. Also great for hand held shots.

The Canon 1dx series has always been a camera I have desired to own for some time. The last of the DLSR before mirrorless cameras dominate the market, I decided to take advantage of the remaining new inventory available at B&H photography store. I couldn’t be more pleased with the camera and price for the few new models left to purchase. As always B&H has supplied my needs for over 15 years. Thanks! for this relationship over the years. This has been extremely useful. I've been shooting a web series on my Canon T2i and using this cable to connect my Rode Videomic Pro to my camera and mount it to a boom pole. This gives me 25 feet of space between the camera and the mic, meaning I can capture wide shots while still getting clear audio. I haven't had any problems with the chord whatsoever so far - it's worked perfectly.

I upgraded to the Canon 80D from the Canon t5i Rebel series. It had been a great camera so far. I am new to photography, so I'm not sure if all the technical functions but I love the WIFI option and the touch screen.

Just purchased a new Canon EOS RP mirrorless, and I have L-series lenses on it. I also have it converted for infrared, so this camera is my baby. I shoot primarily landscape with this camera, and I don't want a little inclement weather to stop me- but I don't want to damage my camera, either. This is a simple but practical design that fits the camera well.

I have been shooting with Canon equipment for the last 25 years and let me tell you folks, that this is an A+ from Canon. Noise reduction is definatelly excellent, it is easy to use and combined with series L lenses from Canon, look no more because this is a high quality combo. Actually, we will have to see the new 5D Mark II once it will available in the market, but from what I have read so far, I thinks that the 50D could be better in some situations when travelling. As a conclusion, I am very happy with this new camera and have no complains what so ever. It can not be cmpaired with an XT or XSI because is a much more advanced camera for serious photographer. If you are thinking in buying one, Think no more and get it. The best of all is that you can still using the EF-S series lenses in this camera. I own a Canon 10-22 EFS, 70-200 L, 100-400 L, 24-105 L and a 18-200 EFS which I believe that the best lenses are the series L but also beleive that someEF-S could help a lot in some situations with excellent results in your images.

Very well made. Sturdy with a secure grip. I bought the canon camera cable but my R series canon mirrorless uses a direct cable. I found on smallrig website a bluetooth trigger at can attach to A cold shoe. Works fine. I would buy this again if I need a second rig.
