Canon D10 Underwater Camera

I purchased this product for a Canon D10 underwater digital Camera. I was looking for a bag that would not ruin if it got wet, was in the sun or on the beach. This bag is small and has a draw string to pull the pouch closed. It also has a clip attached to the bag that makes it easily attachable to a backpack, messenger briefcase or belt loops. It's small, compact, soft and inexpensive. It is not crush proof so I would not recommend it for a camera or equipment that is not too rugged. The Canon D10 is waterproof and shockproof so this was a perfect fit to protect it from scratches and other dings, while providing it with a protective carrying case. For the Price you cannot go wrong.

I use this for my Canon underwater camera. Performs well! Great to use in Cyber Sampler and other Lomo cameras!

I purchased a Canon EOS D10 body and needed a good, all-around lens. This lens get very high reviews in several forums. I've been using it for several months and its been a pleasure. Though my current use is casual, I've been seriously into photography since my darkroom days years ago. I'm not a snap-and-shoot photographer. Quality of the images is excellent. I was most concerned about its weight (versus a smaller lens) but I've found it to be not at all heavy-feeling in real use, even walking around with it all day. I've even checked lightweight as a Pro because for a 28-105, it is light. The wide angle is just enough for 99% of my photographs, and the 105 makes it a perfect portrait lens. Auto focus is extremely quiet, fast, and smooth.

I bought this camera in April 2018 along with the Canon underwater case designed to fit. I've taken loads of great pictures, including many great underwater pictures while on vacation. I get lots of compliments on my pictures. :-)

Used attached with my Canon WD-DC41 Underwater Camera Case for my Elph 300HS point & shoot camera. Perfect buoyancy at the surface, yet neutral enough to dive with at 30 feet depth. Yellow one is easy to see and looks good.

I have used this Canon 16-35 f 2.8 mm lens underwater only so far. I have been very satisfied with it. I am using it with a 1DX camera that has full frame sensor. I do not believe my images show any vignetting.

I purchased this video specifically because Canon makes a compact underwater housing for it. The housing instructions tell you how to set the camera for underwater, and although the instructions were a bit vague, and Canon support was not helpful, it is a one time adjustment. I just got back from first dive trip with it and the underwater colors were about as natural as watching Planet Earth. It did well on large animals, like dolphins, and equally well on all but the tiny macro stuff. The bright screen setting enabled me to see the LCD panel easily underwater. I used the camera with a Lite Cannon 100 underwater light and a diffuser for overhangs and darker days. Overall, I have never been this happy with an underwater camera.

This battery performs better than the original canon battery that came with the camera, I'm using it in a powershot S300 with underwater housing, the canon battery's would have to be swapped out more often than this one, witch means going to the surface to make the swap, other after market batteries would be a little swollen and not slide in and out so easy, this is perfect

I am using this with a Nikon D300 with MB-D10 grip and a Nikon SB-910 flash. I mount the flash bracket on the right side so that I can flip it so the flash is above the camera in a normal portrait orientation (right side of camera and shutter release on top). This works very well and is extremely intuitive -- within a few minutes you will naturally flip the bracket and rotate the camera in one swift motion. The bracket does have some movement to it, but it's extremely sturdy and has proven to be durable. I think the construction and quality of materials is very solid and professional -- I have confidence it will last a long time. This is the tall (T) model that elevates the flash above a pro or gripped body and it does that very well. It's still easy to bounce the flash and works well for large open areas where the ceiling is higher or non-existent (in which case you'd bounce off a wall or diffuse and go direct). I also use a Gary Fong Lightsphere and it works well together. Of course in a smaller space you could probably do without the bracket. The folding option is fantastic and allows it to tuck nicely into my camera bag. I have a RRS L-Plate installed on my MB-D10 and the CB bracket with anti-twist plate mount perfectly to the bottom of the RRS L-Plate. I have no problems holding the camera just as I would normally for portrait or landscape shots -- basically just ignore the bracket and hold the camera like you normally would. The foam grip is basically padding for the back of your right hand as you hold the camera. It's a very effective bracket. All-in-all money well spent with no regrets.

I took shots at dark. The camera saw what I could not. It is going to be quite useful in my underwater adventures.
