Canon D60 User Manual

This prodcut works exactly as described. I use it mostly when taking portraits with my Nikon D60. It doesn't come with instructions so you will need to refer to your user manual to make sure you have all the settings correct for it to work properly. Also, you have to make sure you aim right at the sensor otherwise it won't release the shutter. It says it will work even from behind the camera within a certain amount of feet- but I haven't had much luck with that. Otherwise great product for the price.

This is one of my favourite lens , i use this lens on my Canon D60.I recommend this if u looking to cover wide angle photos like landscape and big group pictures.

after using the in built flash on my canon d60 (very inconsistent)and looking at the prices of canon flash units i looked else where .i saw the price of the Bower and thought what can i loose ,well i have to say it is a superb piece of kit why pay huge amounts more ? i read some reviews from other people who were not always happy all i can say is look at the photos i have taken and i am very fussy ,well done Bower

It was a bit overwhelming for me at first. Too many options. But okay now. The first DSLR I got was a Canon EOS D60 and the second was a Canon EOS 20D. This one is much better: Canon EOS 6D Mark II DSLR.

When I bought this lens I had a Canon D60. The lens was sharp, the AF was OK and over all I liked the lens. I now have a Digital Rebal XTi. Wow! The AF is amazing. Went to the GP of Houston last weekend. Champ cars coming at me at full speed. Put the spot on the driver and shoot. 4 OOF out of 576 shots. The AF time seemed instant. The IS helps an old shakey man get a sharp shot. I have an old 300mm F 2.8 I can't use even on a tripod unless I use a remote release. I like the lens hood. Works fast, always there. Problems Encountered: So far none. Previous Equivalent Items Owned: 300mm F 2.8 MF Tamron A little sharper than the Canon F4. Items I Recommend: The Sigma 1.4 is slightly soft with this lens. It does AF.

Purchased for my Canon D60. It's very useful for shooting birds. It's light weight tripod & have any functions for beginner, pro photographer. Price is acceptable.

I am having a lot of fun playing with this lens. It has opened up some new creativity for me. To use it, I put my Canon D60 on AV, set the focus, and bracket a lot when I shoot. The best shots are usually stopped down 2/3 to one stop.

I use this on a Canon D60, largely to capture reference sound. It's doing the job just fine. Like others have said, one must remember to turn it off to avoid battery drain, but how's that any different than any other mic in this class? As a low cost mic it's great for the work I do--run & gun in hostile backcountry environments--so it's low price is a bonus too. If you damage it, you're not out that much.
