What's NOT to like about this camera. It has it all. Widescreen, 14.1 mega pixels, 14X zoom, image stabilazation, HD video, fun to use, attractive and so compact and light. I just love it and haven't had any trouble with it. As a matter of fact, I just bought one for my son in purple.

The zoom lens is amazing. It is advertised as a 14X optical lens, but with the digital zoom it zooms to 57X with crystal clear photos.

I bought this camera because it had more megapixels and and greater zoom range than my other camera. I discovered it also has better software (easier to use and more options), longer battery life, and a bigger LCD screen that you can turn to a convenient viewing angle. I'm sure I'll be happy using this camera for several years.

this camera is just brilliant, it has a great zoom and with the 12 megapixels and all the features every picture is beautiful. Plus the screens resolution is just amazingly clear. The price of the camera is just amazingly cheap is like half the price that cannon sells it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canon Zoom Digital Monocular is so much better than expected. First, I love the small size of the camera. You can slip it into your pocket and take it anywhere. It is so lovely being able to take pictures of just about anything. Do you see something you like far away? It is not a problem with this camera. It has such an incredible zoom capability. You can take close-up pictures of sports games and nature or use it as an everyday traveling camera. It also takes video. I appreciate the Bluetooth connection to your phone. It makes image transfer so easy. With the invention of cameras on smartphones, I never thought I would want to carry a camera again, but now that I have this camera, I have completely changed my mind. My phone’s camera does not even compare to this one. It is in a whole other league.

Using to switch optical signals from 4x sources into 1x input on a Benchmark DAC-1. Works flawlessly. Nice button action on the select front panel control. No clicks of pops with sticking or power. Included remote works well, but it's a little flimsy/generic type (I just use the front panel button and will be programming into a universal remote). Highly recommended! And made in the USA.

I've been a Canon fan for years. I've purchased their DSLR's and Mirrorless Cameras since they were introduced. I've owned the original R, R6, R5 and now the R6 Mark II. Someone called it a Beast! They weren't wrong. I absolutely love this camera. It does so much. And compared to the R5's 45 megapixels, this camera's 24 megapixels are right in the sweet spot, especially when it comes to post processing. If you are considering buying this camera, IMO, you can't go wrong. I definitely recommend it!

I've had my share of cameras over the years. Remember when 12 megapixels were considered to be a lot? I started out with Nikons and 15 years ago I switched to Canon. I've owned both Canon DSLR's and Canon Mirrorless (starting with the 1st R). The last camera before this one was the R5. So why did I go to an R6 MarkII? I shoot stills, not really into video much. The R5's 45 megapixels were bit overkill for me. I find the R6M2's 24 megapixels are plenty for my needs. PLUS, the new AI features with the R6M2 are terrific! You can read a ton of very detailed reviews on this camera, so I'm not going to be repeating all of their points. My point is this camera is absolutely sensational for me as a very enthusiastic amateur. I highly recommend it.
