Canon Digital Camera Battery Charging Time

This is a charger for my first Canon digital camera. Changes the battery completely in no time at all

Love the digital read out saying the condition of the battery...Charging 8 at a time is great. I can't say anything negative about the unit and the price is quite reasonable.

Great for charging more than one battery at a time

Charging the camera's battery is a must if you want to take pictures!

The charger is the original Canon equipment and works as described charging the battery separately and freeing up the camcorder to be used for recording.I've also read that the charger also reconditions the battery each time it is charged, something that charging in the camera does not accomplish. A fine battery and charger. The battery takes over when the Canon battery is charging.

Bought the Canon HF-S11 Camcorder and the battery took forever to charge when charging on the camera. Bought this charger and it is much easier and quicker. A spare battery is a must as well.

The canon video camera I purchased only came with in camera battery charging capabilities. This is the only option if you want to be charging a battery while using the camera for video recording. Plus, it take less time to charge with this charger.

Considering using the Vixia outside of the country? Per the Canon Vixia 20 Manual, the camera's charging system is only for use in the USA. So for out-of-the-country camera use, on-camera battery charging isn't an option.
