Canon Digital Camera Good Beginner

I am a beginner photographer, I bought a Canon DSLR 550D and while looking at the digital screen of the camera while looking at the subject to be photographed and looking again at the digital screen after the picture was taken, the colors where off by a lot, looked it up online how to fix it and learned about white balance, bought this set of cards and the off colors are now Perfect Colors!

I use the on my Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera works good. all is well.

Have used a Canon A1 film camera for many years and then everything went digital so caved in and bought a little Casio 4mp point 'n' shoot that has worked quite well for what it is. Decided that it really is time to upgrade my film Canon to digital so bought an SL1 with an 18-55mm IS STM kit lens + a 55-250mm IS STM telephoto. So far, after limited use, they have performed very well. Everything really is light, compact and so quiet compared to my A1. Working to adapt some of my older, good quality lenses to use with it. Still working my way round all of the options but so far I'm enjoying playing with it. I'm sure that there will be aspects that will prove not to be so good after I've had a chance to explore all of the features, but it really is so far so good. They really should include an SD card (even if small) with the system. Not realizing that one wasn't included, I had to head off to get one before I could take a few shots. But then that made me get a 32GB card so now I have plenty of shooting memory. BTW, interaction with B&H was good so I've decided to get a few additional items through them.

Good camera for a beginner. I will have to take some tutorials to learn the camera. Very novice photographer here :)

I am a hobbyist who has been beginner for fifteen years and have owned several DSLRs. Canon Nikon and Sony. I have found a camera now with Fuji that is mirrorless and blessedly east to operate with the dials! The colors seem great right off the camera. The option to easily alter lighting with the plus or minus dial is amazingly useful. Perhaps this won't matter to many but the app on my phone works seamlessly compared to the Canon app for iPhone. For the travel I do with mainly landscape the 15-45 lens works well. I'm looking to stick with this camera! It's taken me awhile to get one I feel this comfortable with. And thank you for the great support and advice from the B&H reps on the virtual chat.

Glad that I'm able to get two 58mm lens protector filters for my two lens. I'm a beginner photographer and new to DSLR camera. I have a Canon EOS Rebel camera to start with 18-55mm and 55-250mm lens that came with the camera.

nice for a beginner bag that goes everywhere! i have two lenses and a canon mirrorless camera, a clamshell for SD cards, two batteries, the battery charger, and other assorted odds and ends in here and i still have some room! it cleans well, soap and water for the front works, and if not try a magic eraser
