Cheap insurance for your camera & your shoot!

This was a great option for insurance on this camera.

I ordered and just received my most expensive camera from Canon (R5) and am delighted. I usually don't get accident insurance since I am very careful with my equipment but I did get the CarePak+ for this camera. Two days after receiving the camera, I tripped on a path out shooting nature. I broke my wrist and the camera struck the ground (concrete). I immediately thought I'm so glad I got accident protection. Upon checking I had chipped the finish down into the titanium alloy chassis but the camera was still fully functional. I have a great camera and didn't need to use the insurance but boy was I glad to have it! Sorry I can't report on their coverage service but glad I didn't have to find out. It sure removes stress out of using it. It would be a shame to be reluctant to use this great camera and the insurance allows me to take full advantage of it.

This is great insurance for the money. It fits almost perfectly and protects my Canon R5 from bumps and scratches. I bought it because I already fell and chipped my camera. The camera still works fine but I don't want to take any more chances. It would be nice if it had a few labels for buttons it covers up, but I imagine that printing would be a problem. Very satisfied with my purchase; it does exactly what it is supposed to do for a reasonable price.

I never want to think about dropping my camera and/or lenses, but it does happen. With the Canon insurance an unfortunate drop or spill can be very expensive. I've never needed to use it so far, but it's there if I need it. I have it for all my bodies and lenses. I have Apple Care for my Mac laptop and when a glass of water spilled on it, it ended up needing a logic board and video screen had to be replaced. It saved me having to buy a new laptop. I feel better with the same kind of insurance for my camera equipment when I'm out at the ocean or in the Sierras on granite cliffs or just at home.

I use the on my Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera works good. all is well.

I'm a digital artist and have been using one for years. Got the insurance after I spilled a cup of coffee and it died. Good investment.

I add these to all my digital cameras. They're cheap insurance. If they crack or break, simply replace them. It's a LOT cheaper than repairing or replacing the LCD (assuming you can without exceeding the price of the camera).
