So you know where I'm coming from: Shot medium format film in the 80's and 90's. Loved the image quality. And because of that experience, I couldn't bring myself to buy a digital camera that was only full frame that cost more than my Mamiya 645! Not trying to start any arguments here, I think digital full frame image quality is generally better than 35mm film, but I still couldn't buy it. Finally, with the Fuji 50R, I found a price point and a cropped medium format compromise I could live with. The Fuji 32-64 and this 250 are the 2 sharpest lenses I've ever owned. The image stabilization on the 250 is fabulous. Even with the 1.4 teleconverter(sorry it's not 1.9 or 2), I have taken seemingly impossible hand held shots at 1/30th of a second. To an old film guy, that's impressive. The engine image is a straight-out-of-the-camera jpg that has been resized for upload, but look at the severe crop of the front where one can easily read where the toolbox is. This is a handheld shot with the 1.4 teleconverter on a moving train. Auto focus and OIS on, F9, 1/180, ISO 400. I can live that. 5 |

In RAW, this is one amazing camera. It's lighter than the C300/C500, but the image quality in RAW is just kinda, well, amazing. Canon color is my favorite, and this camera sings in daylight, artificial light, and mixed light situations. (My only wish is for Canon to make a bigger monitor for it with all the touch-screen functionality. THAT would be six stars.) 5 |

I am a pro wedding photographer with several years on my shoulders of shooting in all type of environment and conditions. I am a former Nikon shooter, then switched to Canon DSLR and moved to a mix of Canon and mirror-less Fuji apsc. I then tested the GFX at an event, I never really considered medium format for what a do, but boy ... it impressed me so much. The body is basically same size of my 5D IV, but the image quality out of this camera is stunning. I use it together with my XT4s at weddings, mostly for romantics and more creative stuff, as speed is not its strength. But if you want to get some beautiful rich hi-quality images this is the way to go, and you can really tell the difference from images shot on the GFX to any other cameras. Level of details are insane, depth of color, smoothness of tone transition are impressive. I know weddings are not considered the best fit for medium format, but Fuji with this camera made it a such versatile tool that I definitely recommend it to everyone that wants the best quality image, sacrificing only certain specific applications as sport or anywhere where you need speed. Auto focus, with its phase detection, is accurate and with the proper camera setting, fast even in tracking mode. Low light performance out beats all other cameras. Best camera ever owned. 5 |

We bought 2 of them. This is a great product, it allowed us to record longer interviews in raw format on our 2 Canon C200s. The run time is 68mins on each cards. 5 |

When commercial photography was done with big format analog cameras we were able to correct parallels and to get in focus the whole image by using the different movements of the camera. Then the all-digital era came and if we wanted to keep using our big format cameras we needed to attach to them a digital back that could represent an investment of several tens of thousands of dollars. Now, for less than two grands we can convert our SLR in a parallel-correction-get-everything-in-focus digital image generator. 5 |

Fujifilm X-T3 has got most professionals cinema features except raw file format recording like prores, dnxhd ibis ( for those who prefer it). To top it all up has got a high quality still photographs making it a high end hybrid camera. B&H customer service responded to all my concerns and the shipped this camera to me faster than I expected. Thank you B&H Photo 5 |

I wanted to copy slides, but wanted the copies in camera raw format. I used this light pad as the light source and used my Canon 60D and 100mm macro lens. It works perfectly. I forgot to order the power supply, but found one in my shop. I would recommend this to a friend. 5 |

So I'm a member of the Longview Film Club, we make short films. Kinda like a community theater with a camera. LOL. We added pretty much the whole EdelKrone ecosystem to our toolkit this year. Two years ago we bought the cinema 4k. And we've been in love ever since. It was a big jump for us. Going from A Panasonic AF100, which was an HD camera, to a 4K was a scary jump. To get the most use out of it, that meant embracing RAW format, 12 bit sized files. That meant more computing horsepower, etc. Our whole work flow was about to be thrown into chaos! But no, Black Magic came to the rescue. This camera's support of BM Raw format, make it accessible to literally anyone. Even an older computer can handle it. There are a million things to say about the camera, and you can find a million people saying them on youtube. So here are the ones that I think a person considering using this camera should know: 1 - The dual ISO is fantastic. We routinely shoot at 3200 for night shots. Almost no visual noise. 2 - RAW is King. Buy an external USB-C SSD harddrive, best cheapest option for camera storage. 3 - Go ahead and shoot in Q12:1 mode. You have to examine the footage with a magnifying lens to tell the difference. 4 - Make the jump from Adobe to BlackMagic Resolve/Fusion (free full copy comes with the camera). When you free your mind from the constraint of layer-based thinking, and embrace the node-based approach, it lifts the veil. It's a beautiful world out there when you peel back the layers. LOL. We added a second camera this year, and plan to add a third next. It changed our world. 5 |

I copied 992 slides to a digital format using my Canon 5D IV with a Canon 100mm Macro lens and a Kaiser Slimline lightbox. This copy stand was a joy to work with. The up/down mechanism is smooth and precise. Stability is solid. It is lightweight and easily assembled and disassembled. There is nothing to not like about it! 5 |
