Canon Digital Camera With Picture Window Moves

I received my Canon PowerShot SX70 Digital Camera a few weeks ago and I Love it!! The picture quality is outstanding, and it is easy to use. I am not one for complicated things! I like the auto focus and it is still lightweight so not heavy to carry.

This is simply a superb little camera. Just when you think Canon couldn't possibly out do itself they surprise you with a nice little gem like this SD780. The camera is exceedingly small, yet if you look at the specs for the dimensions it pretty much sizes up with a few other tiny digital point and shoots. But the smooth rounded styling and lack of any protrusions make it look and feel smaller that its stats would suggest. Personally, I prefer the all black finish. And the best thing is that Canon has still managed to keep the optical viewfinder no matter how small the camera seems to get! I don't really see a big difference, however in the 12.2 megapixels as opposed to only 5mp in the older SD400 and SD30 cameras. I like to shoot at ISO 80 whenever possible and especially in black & white, but that's just me. At this speed rating the picture quality is outstanding. The only real drawback is that noise begins to show up rather quickly at around 200 ISO and pretty much goes downhill from there. If visual noise is a trade off for more pixels, I think I would rather have fewer pixels and less noise. The HD video quality is also quite remarkable although I only used it a couple of times. This is a real great pocket camera to take along wherever you go. It's picture quality and performance leave the competition in the dust that even my digital SLR stays home collecting!!

I shoot travel photos, quickly catching interactions between people or views that disappear as I run to catch up with others or shoot out a bus window. This camera is absolute perfection for that. Using a hand strap, I am able -- with one hand -- to view the shot on the screen, zoom to frame it, and hit the shutter button. I can wave the camera over my head or hold it down low or stretch out to the side, and still get a great shot fast. I was worried about motion blur, but looking at my recent shots for the first time, they are terrific! and this camera seems to shoot in the dark. I usually shoot in auto, occasionally do a pano, and have Scene set to close-ups for food. Having used a 24 - 105 L lens on my Canon 6D, I'm finding this 600mm a real joy. I can't say enough good things about this camera. Is every shot crystal clear? No, but most are and the sharpness is amazing. The silence feature is nice because I take so many shots the clicking is otherwise annoying to others. Drawbacks: I have to change the manner of focus to suit the occasion; often the camera focuses on the closest thing (i.e., raindrops on a window) and can't get past it. The screen is hard to see in bright light. Capturing facial expressions indoors is not as instant as with my Canon; the camera seems to struggle with focus in this and a few other indoor situations (but I haven't tried to optimize for this yet). I go through nearly 2 batteries a day instead of 3/4 battery with my Canon. I make books of my travel photos and have had some exhibited -- I expect that this new work will best what I have done in the past. If you shoot the way I shoot, buy this camera!

I use the on my Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera works good. all is well.

This camera is easy to use, gives a great digital picture every time. I want a point and shoot delivery and this is it.

Easy set up, and Canon is the only ink that I know of that has a window to see the ink level.

Lens moves with precision focus and takes absolutely stunning photos on the A7 digital camera.

I love this camera because you can take it everywhere and take beautiful pictures, you choose which picture to print, it's the best because it serves as a digital camera and at the same time as a polaroid photo printer, you don't waste any printing paper. You can play with many filters, the aesthetics of the camera is too beautiful. I will always be happy with my purchase!
