Canon Digital Video Camera Vixia Hf G20

My wife uses this for her Dressage training. She uses it with a Canon VIXIA HF G20 camcorder. It literally took less than 3 minutes to set up and start recording. It tracks and zooms perfectly. The guys at B&H were extremely helpful to make sure we got the correct interface cable, and could not have been nicer to work with.

I purchased two of these as spare batteries for the Canon Vixia HF G20. I have used this battery twice. During the first shoot I got 90 minutes of continuous shooting (LCD closed) and on the second one I got over over 60 minutes with the LCD open. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spare battery.

I use the VT-4000 with Canon Vixia HF G20 and R300 camcorders and an EOS still camera. It is quick and easy to set up and provides absolutely solid support whether locked down or panning. The head is easy to level with a well designed quick-release plate and smooth movements. I do a lot of field work and would have liked spiked feet but have had no difficulties yet. The vibration-free support is worth the wieght.

Great inexpensive LANC controller to use with my Canon Vixia HF-G20. Body appears to be metal. The rocker zoom controller is smooth and responsive. Fits nice on the panning arm of my tripod. It also opens up wide enough to be able to clamp to the cradles like the CamCaddie. Very nice accessory to have.

I went with this tripod to use with my Canon Vixia HF G20 Camcorder. The build quality is amazing and the features it has are great especially for this price level. I bought it while it was on sale. It has a bubble level and the pivoting head is smooth as butter.

Inexpensively add protection to the Canon Vixia HF G20's installed lens. The UV Protector Filter is clear and screws into thread in front of the lens. The lens fits under the closed door of the lens hood.

I recently bought the Canon 32GB VIXIA HF G20 Full HD Camcorder and wanted an external mic. This is a GREAT first mic for the money, The one down fall was you also needed to by a shoe adaptor as the camera had the mini shoe. I found the adaptor to be okay but it put the mic up another 1 1/2 inches and a little unstable. NOTE: I do not recommend anyone else doing this but I got around this issue by using a dremel tool to cut down the full size mic shoe to fit the mini shoe, and now it is ROCK solid ! All in all it was a good buy.

I'm using this to mount a Rode VideoMic to a Canon Vixia HF G20, and at first I figured it would be unstable and easy to break. To my surprise, it's very sturdy and shows no signs of being stressed by the weight of the mic. This adapter is just what I needed!

I used this tripod with my Canon Vixia HF G20 Camcorder. Very smooth movement for the price point. Construction is solid and the tripod is very sturdy. Comes with a carrying case and you're able to clip the legs closed with a secure latch. The locks each tripod leg snaps into place and I never worry that the legs are going to close or retract.

My Canon Vixia HF-G20 HD camcorder lacks macro capability, but is threaded for 58 mm filters. These close-up filters let me get in as close as I like. So close, in fact, that shadows from the camera can become a problem, but B&H sells LED ring lights that also fit the Vixia. With one filter in place you can still use the Vixia's lens hood. The one thing that is not so great is the chincy box box the filters come in. You may want to invest in a filter pouch.
