I just recently got into photography using a Canon EOS Rebel T6 with a standard 18/55mm kit lens. I wanted something with a more wide lens that wasn't going to break the bank and decided to try this 50mm f/1.8. So far I am very pleased with the quality and crispness of this lens. The ability to focus manually or auto is a plus. I have not tried it with video yet. That's next. 5 |

I use this mic with Canon Rebel t2i (EOS 550d) to record live classic concerts. You can find examples of the live organ concerts recordings (EOS 550d+StereoVideoMic) at http://youtube.com/organmsu. The only problem is the noise, which canon preamp generates. Still, the sound is very deep and rich, so is the sensitivity. For me, the quality is sufficient for youtube, besides that there's little choice - external preamp+MagicLantern is not an option for me, too much bother. Things which are not so great it captures every noise from the sides (as it's not directional), so you have to stand as close as possible. 5 |

I'm a food photographer and I started out on the Canon Rebel T6. Great for beginners but I was missing a lot of features that I really wanted. That brought me to the 6D Mark II. The movable LCD is a game changer for flat lays. The additional focus points give my pictures an extra something. I love having more megapixels too compared to the T6. This camera has a really soft shutter button which I like. This prevents camera shake if you're not using a remote trigger. You can also easily enable a touch shutter feature on the LCD screen. I am really enjoying this camera so far. 5 |

I’ve upgraded to Canon 80D from my Rebel t6. This is a great camera that opened much broader opportunities for both photo and video. I think this is still relevant for a lot of people even in 2019. 5 |
