Canon Ixus 177 Compact Digital Camera Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canon Zoom Digital Monocular is so much better than expected. First, I love the small size of the camera. You can slip it into your pocket and take it anywhere. It is so lovely being able to take pictures of just about anything. Do you see something you like far away? It is not a problem with this camera. It has such an incredible zoom capability. You can take close-up pictures of sports games and nature or use it as an everyday traveling camera. It also takes video. I appreciate the Bluetooth connection to your phone. It makes image transfer so easy. With the invention of cameras on smartphones, I never thought I would want to carry a camera again, but now that I have this camera, I have completely changed my mind. My phone’s camera does not even compare to this one. It is in a whole other league.

I use the on my Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera works good. all is well.

If you own HERO12, this is a must have accessory. You can capture 177° field of view with unbreakable stabilisation.

It is very easy to operate and the images are sharp and clear. It comes with everything you need including a strarp and a mini SD card and a charger. All very good quality.

Great case for a compact digital. It protects the camera and doesn't add too much bulk. No use having a pocket camera with a bulky case that is hard to carry along.

The manufacturor is fcing trouble now but this camera is fantastic. This looks very classical but its functions are great. The quality of pics are just like DSLRs but much lighter. And, easy to use.

The camera suits me because previously I had a compact digital and a digital SLR and the E-PL2 replaces both. I love the Art features and I'm sure it will provide me with outstanding pictures. It also allows me to have a video - everything in one reasonably sized camera.
