Canon Ixus 190 Digital Camera Silver

I purchased an Olympus PEN-F as a personal collector item. No I'm not a collector, but I wanted this camera because of its superb performance and vintage appeal in a modern digital camera. It is a silver trim body to which I added a silver Kit lens and a brown leather 1/2 case. It looks fantastic and since it was one of the few digital cameras offering an old fashioned screw type remote shutter release, I had to add the final touch. That showed up in the form of a beautiful, natural wood, Soft Shutter Release button. The PEN-F is now complete. TAH DAAH!! 5 |

A great low cost battery for my Canon ELPH 190. Holds a charge for a long time, charges with no problems noted. Great spare to carry if you know you'll be taking a lot of pictures. 5 |

I use digital negatives to make silver gelatin prints, carbon prints, cyanotype prints, and Palladium prints. Pictoricos Ultra Premium OHP is my film of choice. It works beautifully for my work. 5 |

This is my best film for digital negatives for silver gelatin darkroom printing. Recently I printed silver prints from digital negatives, created on this film 5 years ago and result is wonderful. Ron Reeder was right, recommending this film in his bookDigital Negatives. For alternative process with UV light I use a different Pictorico-OHP Transparency film. 5 |

I have been using this digital paper exclusively. I find the results to be the closest to the silver gelatin papers I printed my black and white film negatives with. True whites and blacks, and I prefer the soft gloss finish. 5 |

This is a great little tripod which I use for travel or quick day trips. I own the Manfrotto BeFree One and 190 (aluminum) but usually grab the BeFree GT for hiking and/or overnight treks. It holds up well in water, mud, and snow. Ive had no issues with twist locks; they stay secure. No need to over loosen to open the legs, quarter turn does the trick. It is light so Ive had it blow over (w/o camera mounted) in high winds. However, never an issue with the camera on it. Ive used it with my MFT Olympus and my Nikon D810 with a 70-200 attached. No worries on maintaining the bigger kit. When I do want the extra security, I grab the 190. Overall, a great everyday all weather tripod - just keep an eye on it during very high wind. Enjoy. 5 |
