Canon Os X Drivers

The manufacturer has updated the drivers for Catalina OS. The adapter works as it should, I am very pleased!

Works great for older OS (Win 7 x64) the drivers are already there & you don't have to hunt for them. The 922 version you'll have to hunt for the driver.

I bought this to update an earlier USB 3.0 PCIe card that I no longer would work (despite various drivers) with the latest 10.13 OS. � Easy to install, and no software drivers required with this version of the OS. �Nice to have the latest USB 3.1spec, which is backwards compatible with my existing USB 3.0 hard drives.

Didn’t need to install any drivers to connect. From the BIOS, I installed my OS and was able to connect to my network immediately. Very simple, easy, and cheap way to connect your new build without having to route a cable from your router/modem.

Installed on Win 10 Pro system; using OS drivers. Burned CDR, DVD+R, DVD-DL, and BD-R discs with no coasters. Speed is not important to me, so I cannot comment on that. So far, so good.

Not much to add. The free Canon webcam drivers make for a great webcam, but need AC power for long operation.

Despite the fact the drivers for the Canon 5D mk IV are not working well, this Ronin S is a remarkable device that has upped our production value greatly.   The fact is the device works great and has amazing capabilities.  The learning curve and getting your rig completely tricked out is kind of challenging as well as getting all the various settings in the app where the should be is also long and detailed.  It took us about a week of playing with it a few hours every day to get to point we felt confident to use it on a real project.   We are realistically at 30% mastery of the device at this point but even at that it has been an excellent purchase.   I do strongly recommend an external monitor mounted to the gimbal mounted on an external arm for holding it with two hands as well as a small shotgun on the arm and strap so you dont drop the rig. We are really hoping DJI and Canon can make drivers that allow 5D mk IV work with the app at same level as some other cameras as at the moment all we can do is start and stop recording.

Many times I travel to locations not served by cell towers -- thus my phone is no longer capable of GPS geotagging. Satellite service is still available so this device works flawlessly. The EOS R works very well with GP-E2 with a minor exception - the direction is not recorded in the EXIF (no big deal, all I want is location!) The "Map Utility" may be hard to download since the website does not yet support the very latest versions of Mac OS -- just over-ride the OS version to the previous (supported) version! The GPS log function works as advertised, just be aware that the output is in Google Maps format Lightroom uses the more common GPX format but there are web based converters. With these logs, you might be able to geotag your phone pictures as well in non-Canon software. If you want GPS location info, this is far better than trying to cut from phone images and paste into Canon images.
