Canon Pixma Ix6820 For Prints

I recently purchased the Canon PIXMA iX6820 Wireless Inkjet Printer and one of the reasons was that it only requires a 4-cartridge ink set, which sells for a very decent price.

Our office has used these Canon Pixma ix6820 models for several years. We do hundreds of color prints per week for various projects and pitches. This model performs way better than the newer models. Sometimes they are hard to connect to WIFI, so we just wire them. But the WIFI will work eventually.

I purchased the 4x6 and 5x7 paper for my PIXMA ix6820 printer and printer a pic on the 4x6 paper. I loved the results. The picture was clear, crisp and the colors were perfect. The paper has a great finish which is like matte but with a hint of shine, not gloss, which is exactly what I was going for. Would recommend this paper to anyone.

Canon ink for the PIXMA Pro-10 printer produces beautiful prints.

I've been using this paper on a Canon Pixma Pro-100 Printer, which is dye based - and really love the results. The tones are very subtle. You wont get rich blacks - but the prints come out very natural looking, with bright whites, great skin tones, and despite the not super smooth surface - great detail. Have not yet tried this stock on a pigment printer, but will soon. This stock is great for printing proofs, 5x7 original prints and notecards. The 300gsm weight has a nice heavy feel to it - and the fact that it prints double sided is a great bonus.

I was looking for a paper that would get the most out of my canon pixma mp560. I am fully satisfied with the results and will make this my standard for future prints.

Use professionally with Canon PIXMA Pro 100. Beautiful prints, the quality of very noticable when compared to other non-Canon products. Most importantly: My clients are blown away by the clarity. It gleems of high quality. Could not be happier! You truly get more than you pay for. Get this product.

This paper is one of my favorites. I have a Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mark II and it prints beautifully on this Ilford paper. I ordered a 100 sheet box of 4x6 for Christmas card use this year and, as usual, as always, B&H provided excellent service, having the paper in stock, shipping promptly and packaging securely for undamaged arrival. Good paper, excellent dealer.

The PIXMA PRO-200 literature promised enhanced color gamut in magenta and reds, deeper black expression, and improvement of dark color reproduction in red and blues. There were side-by-side comparisons on the Canon web site. I am getting similar results when I compare prints from the new printer to prints from my old one. This is a heavy printer, at over 30 pounds.  If you wish to take advantage of the rear feeding slots (for Art papers), you are going to need room in back of it.  Thus, it is not the sort of printer you should buy on the assumption that it will easily fit on your desk next to your monitor.  Think of it more as the smallest, least costly, printer in Canon’s workhorse “imagePROGRAF” line.  In fact, the outward appearance (and weight) of the PIXMA PRO-200 seems nearly identical to the imagePROGRAF PRO-300, which uses pigment inks (as opposed to the dye inks used by the PRO-200). It’s going to take me a while to grow into the capabilities of the PRO-200.  Someday I may actually try to print a 13 x 39 inch panorama.  The bottom line, though, is that the PRO-200 is clearly a step up from my old printer in its ability to produce engaging prints that highlight the emotional content of the photographs.

Used this for first prints of family portraits off of a Canon Pixma Pro9000 MKII. Results are outstanding. Better than portraits from chain portrait studio. Deep rich colors and fine detail.
