Canon Powershot A640 10Mp Digital Camera

I have used the Powershot A640, SX10IS and this one and Canon keeps adding features and keeping prices competitive. The most mentioned con for this camera, shutter lag, can be reduced by turning off the picture review feature and using the viewfinder instead of the LCD. The less the camera is doing, the faster it will respond. An SLR with these specs would require at least 3 different lenses with image stabilization costing well over $1200.

This is my first Digital SLR and I think it's a great camera. I wanted something over 10MP for a DSLR and this fit the bill. The value and features are great and B&H has the best price for this kit anywhere!

This is a great product that I highly recommend to any photographer. I use it with my 10mp digital camera when I ride my motorcycle. It is very stable even at high speeds.

I received my Canon PowerShot SX70 Digital Camera a few weeks ago and I Love it!! The picture quality is outstanding, and it is easy to use. I am not one for complicated things! I like the auto focus and it is still lightweight so not heavy to carry.

I purchased the Canon PowerShot SX200 IS digital camera as my purse camera -- one that I could carry with me everywhere so I won't miss a shot if I don't have my Canon Digital Rebel XTi with me. I wanted a point-and-shoot camera that would do almost everything that my DSLR would do, and the SX200 meets that need perfectly. I especially like the long zoom capability, manual settings option, and the convenience of a movie function, which by the way delivers sharp movies with great sound. The IS feature really helps, of course. I have played with all of the settings, and I have been able to achieve great results, but I usually stay with Manual because I want the same control that the XTi gives me. I love this camera and I recommend it highly.

As a writer-journalist, I never know when I might stumble on to a newsworthy event so I always have this camera with me in my briefcase or backpack. I recently purchased POWERSHOT SX210 DIGITAL CAMERA (PURPLE). I liked its 14x digital zooming and its picture quality and video quality. Everything is perfect. I haven't seen any bad parts till now.

The PowerShot G7 X Mark II Digital Camera is a great little camera. When it was initially released by Canon it sold out very quickly and I had to wait several weeks before it was re-stocked. I love the feel of the camera in my hand. It takes very sharp photographs. As I get older, I find it is difficult to carry some of my DSLR's around on vacation. On my next trip I plan on bringing just my PowerShot G7X which I know will capture some stunning pics.
