The compact Canon Powershot SX740 HS camera has a long range, provides 4K, and is priced competitively. Thus, I feel it definitely deserves a 5-star rating, and I recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a camera in this class. However, I have yet to become comfortable geotagging with this camera when using the Canon Connect app. What I miss in this series is the built-in GPS which was last included with the Powershot SX280 HS. 5 |

Perfect travel camera. I am constantly using the very powerful telephoto lens. I bought my SX730 HS used on Craigslist. It developed a minor problem. Canon said they would fix it or replace it with a reconditioned unit. I was shocked when a Brand New one was sent to me. 5 |

I fell in love with the flip screen, which I found to be helpful when filming myself. It takes excellent pictures, I received so many compliments on how nice the pictures came out. Lightweight, easy to use and carry. The 40x zoom is one of the reasons makes this PowerShot SX740 HS a clear winner in my book. I definitely recommend it. 5 |

I was very happy that B&H had this battery so soon after the Canon PowerShot SX40 HS was released. Though I have had no trouble with the original battery running down, I like to have a backup battery ready if needed. 5 |
