Canon Print Inkjet Selphy App

Amazing printer for its size. Love the app that allows me to customize the photo size and more. I have a Selphy & a small HP and neither compare. My only complaint would be print cost- seems higher at around 33-35 cents a print. I will only use it for collage prints to get multiple prints at a time

I bought this printer for travel to replace my Fujifilm Instax SP-2 printer. I've used the Instax system for several years, but the new airport CT Scanners have been shown to fog film in a single pass (Kodak posted an advisory on Facebook to that effect). The Selphy printer system is not effected by the scanners. (Of course due to Covid-19, all my travel was cancelled anyway ...) Pros: (1) It works well. The prints are slightly better than I get from my Selphy. (2) The prints are thinner than the Selphy prints, and they come with a light adhesive on them. This works great if you keep a written journal of your travels, with prints pasted onto the pages. (3) It's rechargeable, and easy to use. (4) The prints are cheaper than the Fujifilm Instax Square prints (which are directly comparable to the Canon QX-10, but slightly more expensive than the smaller Instax credit card size prints (from the SP-2). (5) The Canon App is easy to use (but see the cons). Cons: (1) The printer comes with a trial pack capable of making only 3 prints! Initially, the printer supplies weren't even available. They are available now, but not as easy to find as the Instax prints. I assume this will change. (2) The battery is good for about 20 pictures; the battery on the SP-2 lasts much longer. (3) The Canon App is very basic - it can adjust the size of the print, and add some text, but it doesn't have any editing functions. It just selects the central part of your picture, so I use the iPhone Photos App to edit and crop before I use the picture. (4) You can't print directly to the printer from your camera. This only effects people using Fujifilm cameras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I made this change from inkjet to laser. I always knew laser was faster but, until you have to print off 100s of pages you don't realize how much time it saves. setup was very simple, using thew HP app I had my printer connected to Wifi and printing in just a couple minutes and the HP print app is very easy to use. The quality of the prints has been spot on, text documents are easy to read and no risk of ink running like with an inkjet. I also love being able to do double sided copying. Overall I am very happy and this has been a great addition for my home office.

I have had a canon selphy cp1300 for a few years now, and finally got to the point where I wanted to print using card size paper. The printer only comes with the postcard sized tray, so here we are. It gets the job done, and I don't mind the need to buy extra accessories.

First, I own 2 Canon Selphy's - 4 MX- 922's and now the Maxify. For a home office with Real Estate, I must say this machine is Awesome. Prints double sided for both photos and Text. Cell phone print, and cloud print. Clean, Clear, Precise. Fax & copy are great. Please read and follow the set up procedures. A little care can go a long way. Oh Yea, My other printers are all still working and doing a wonderful job.

This is such a neat little product, so convenient. In no time you have your 6X4 prints using your Canon Selphy Printer. You print your photos right from your camera (although it's probably better to edit them first in your PC or laptop, get rid of red eye etc.) I have been using this for years and I love it.

I have a little Canon Selphy printer with me all the time. This is a big help in drawing business. You meet someone, take their picture and you can print it out on the spot. It lets people see the quality of your work in an instant. This fits easily in my sling bag.

Needed to scan several hundred pages of documents and did not want to use my slow Canon inkjet printer/scanner. The Epson-400 II was very easy to set up and use with my 2015 iMac (OS Monterey.) Works well with Apple's Preview app as well as the included Epson ScanSmart app. Very fast. The scanner has a relatively small footprint when folded so I am keeping it on my desk.

This is the gold standard of inkjet papers. I print on a Canon Pro-1000, and could not be happier with the colors, tonal range, sharpness and consistency I get out of Canson Baryta. I've tried many other papers, ranging from generic to very expensive, and decided long ago to not waste time with different papers when Baryta does more than I ask for.

I use this printer as a quick printer to print documents. I have another printer that does everything, but this Canon PIXMA TS202 Inkjet Printer is for quick documents and it is of good quality print as well as a good quality printer. It is very light weight, and small in size to fit anywhere. And it was very easy to install on my laptop. It can also do photos and it doesn't do all the bells and whistle. but I didn't buy this to do all the belss and whistles. I see no fault in printer , I definitely like this Canon PIXMA TS202 Inkjet Printer. Yes I would recommend this Canon PIXMA TS202 Inkjet Printer.
