Canon Printer Error

I originally tried a re-manufactured color cartridge in my Canon printer and I kept getting error messages no matter what I tried, including all the cleaning processes. As soon as I installed this original Canon cartridge everything worked perfectly!

Surpasses my old Canon printer in every way. Never goes offline, never jams, never displays random error messages, printed paper never flies off and lands on the floor, never has to be unplugged and restarted. It just prints, every time, without a hassle. Smaller and quieter, too. Nothing but love for this one!

We kept getting the message to clean our drums, but printer would not acknowledge this after the cleaning...Once the new drums were installed, the error message went away.

My first impression looking at the printer I was a little intimidated because it wasn't a cartridge for the ink, I've never used the liquid ink before. To my surprise it was super easy to put the ink in! I had a little trouble starting off because I didn't realize there was a second part that lifts up to take the tape off, so when I was setting it up it kept giving an error until I figured that out. The initial setup was pretty easy after a little trial and error. After setup was complete I was in awe at how fast and clear the printer worked. I printed and scanned and both were amazing! The ink seems like it doesn't run out too quickly like with a Cartridge which is also great for me as I print a LOT between my business and my kids school work. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-3850 Wireless Color Supertank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup for this printer was intuitive – no issues downloading the drivers and getting it to connect with my (Dell) laptop wirelessly. I've had issues connecting wirelessly to other printers in the past, so I was really pleased that I didn't have to spend any time troubleshooting that. The color print comes out vivid, bright, with no bleeding. The first time I tried to print, I accidentally selected a photo that was larger than the paper size loaded. I received an error message on the printer and it was immediately obvious what I’d done wrong – so it’s nice that addressing and fixing my user error was a totally painless process. I appreciate the relatively small size, as my home office is tiny, so it’s nice when the technology I need doesn’t take up too much space. I also love that the ink cartridges can be individually refilled - less cost and also less waste. I really appreciate when companies like Canon create products with environmental responsibility in mind. Overall, if you're looking for a high quality, cost-effective and planet-friendly small office printer, I would highly recommend this one.

I think this is a great printer for the price. I mostly got it for photos, it took some trial and error to get the photos as bride an my computer screen but a little online research and I am very pleased now.

I use this on anything in which I want a secure tape and the ability to remove without residue. An example is my Epson printer. The front load paper slot broke. This triggered an error message on the printer such that I could not utilize the printer. This is a printer that costs over $1,000. I utilized this tape to close the feeder securely which got rid of the error message. I am hopeful that I will still be able to utilize my printer for a number of years before having to replace it. I figure the total cost to fix was about 10 cents.

Just started using this toner - I can see it is bigger than the original cartridge. I hope the printer will last longer than this toner - I get many error messages and no support since it is over 1 year old.

First Epson printer is nice. But paper size error came while printing two sides with multi copies. Have to pull paper out after about 15 copies because feeding more than one sheet
