Canon Printer Support Phone

There was some confusion in registering & activating because the model of Canon printer I was trying to register was the same as the previous one that failed (see another review) and the web page would not accept the new serial #. A simple email to Canon Support got the attention of the right person and the correction was made by them. If that's an example of Canon Customer Support, I'm certainly happy. Now I hope I won't need to file a claim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Canon TR 8620a printer/scanner/copier/fax, it does it all, and makes it easy. Setup was surprisingly easy, I set it up on my phone and computer, and it was about the easiest setup I’ve ever done. You can use a QR code for instructions on your phone, but the printers display had them too… and they were clear and comprehensive, a lot of companies could learn from Canon on this! I set the printer up as wireless, again it was very easy and required no thinking it just did it for both phone and computer. I love photography, and I’m really impressed by the quality of the photo prints, I wasn’t expecting much as I thought this is just a office printer, but I was wrong, all the images I’ve done with this are amazing, beautiful colors deep blacks, I’m very happy. My wife is very happy because she finally can print her phone photos really easily with the app. Scanning and copying are done with the touch screen interface, very easy, the scans get sent over to the computer and ‘pop up’ in the documents file window. There are loads of settings that you can use to tailor the job to what you need, but ultimately you don’t need to bother if you don’t want, so it’s a perfect balance of wry good user interface, ease of use, and ability. Scan and copy quality are very good in color and black and white. It even has a function to copy photos onto photo paper… very handy for those old family photos. This isn’t a massive high volume printer for a big office, but if you are looking for something to do normal home-office and family volume scanning/copying/printing (a.k.a. Not 100’s of sheet per day), that is versatile and produces top quality results, and all in such a small size. It does everything I can image I need in my home office and again it’s user interface is so easy, I highly recommend this combo printer/scanner/copier by Canon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the Canon Ivy 2 Printer. It connected well with my phone. The prints looked great. I like that I do not have to pay to refill ink. I also like the low cost for the Photo paper. I enjoyed the fun designs in the printing app. I would recommend this. I was given a free product for an honest review.

The setup of the printer itself was really fast, whether on PC or Mobile. I was impressed with that part because in past experiences I've had issues with some apps not connecting with the intended printer. This, however, was a lightning-fast set-up. For my phone, I downloaded the "Canon Print" app from the Google Play Store and it was set up in minutes for using the compact printer. The options are easy to use, no second guessing or issues with the app's reliability thus far. I do love the accessibility and ease of using the Canon Print app on my phone, it's great. The printer is lightweight and easy to place anywhere in the house. The controls are straightforward, no technical issues with that at all. The scanner is fast, and the quality of the images is what I expected. Happy with the ease of use. I've printed some black and white forms needed for insurance and they were legible, no smearing, no issues with unclean prints. I would say the general printing quality is just above average. As for photographs, I feel it's just above average in quality as well. We've printed a few photos on regular paper (non-glossy) to get a feel for its color and quality and it's pretty good! I'd imagine on glossy it would be even better. Everyone in our household approves of this printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The canon photo printer is such a cool gadget. I can easily print pictures from my phone in less than 5 minutes! Set up was easy out of the box. The printer had to charge via micro usb before use, and I had to download the app on my phone. The printer works off of Bluetooth, so printing my pictures to the cannon photo printer was easy and quick. There are also many designs in the app, where I can decorate the pictures and add text prior to printing the photos out. This printer is such an awesome machine to have around. My kiddos birthday was recent, and I was able to print out the picture of him with his balloons to hang on our fridge. Instant memories are what I like to call pictures that I can print out fast and easy, and I highly recommend this canon photo printer.

I received this printer yesterday and was able to do the setup via WiFi with no problems. Point of information - If the Canon's app is on your phone for a previous Canon printer you must delete the old app and download the new Canon phone app to be able to print to the new and old Canon printers. I tried printing using Canon My Image Garden and the printer quality was great. I also printed using the new software that came with the Pro-300 and those pictures were great. One last point you can buy additional ink (10 pack) from the Canon website. So far I'm in love, I didn't think that Canon could make a printer better than my Canon PIXMA MX922 which was a great printer with good picture quality but so far the PRO-300 is impressive.

I needed a new printer, so started my research. I had seen the new Mega/Super Tanks but wondered if I would use the amount of ink a person might have to, to prevent ink drying up and plugging the ink tubing. So, I focused on the old cartridge types, thinking they might be better in my case. I read many reviews on cartridge printers but kept finding bad reports from what I would consider knowledgeable people, sorting out the ones who probability never even read the manual. I started looking at Canons Mega tank printers, I had had a Canon printer year ago and always liked the output when I finally found this printer. The more I read, the more I was interested but would I use this type of printer the way it needed to be. I read the negative and positive reviews and was a little apprehensive and it was a little more expensive than what I was considering spending. However, B&Hs price made it even more tempting, and I took the plunge. Overall, I found set up was very easy, from tank fill up to software and since I finally owned a Smart phone (I've always only needed a dumb phone) I even set that up and printed from my phone. Impressive but something I don't really need right now. To me this is a very good printer! Print speed and quality are fine for me, paper handling is also good, and I don't think I'll have to worry about ink drying up in the tubing, I seem to be printing more than I expected I would. Time will tell but I think I made a good choice and if this is like my 1st Canon printer it will be around for years! Thanks Canon and thanks B&H!
