Canon Printer Wireless Laptop Setup

This printer switch is very easy to set up and use! It saves having to buy a new printer if you have one that is not wireless like your laptop.

Setup on this printer was an absolute breeze. I think it is the best Canon printer we have owned yet.

We use these cables to setup a monitor & wireless keyboard on the users desk with their laptop docked on the credenza behind the desk. Good setup.

One of the first things that I really liked about this scanner was its size and compact nature. As something I will use on the go, it’s important to me not to take up more room than is necessary. It collapses down, latches shut securely and is ready to provide me with hours of scanning without being the size of a bus. One thing I did find challenging was the initial setup of the wireless connection to my laptop. It would not connect to my wireless network initially, even after several attempts, so instead I had to restart the scanner setup and the second time it connected flawlessly on the first try. Once I did, my phone, laptop and PC had no issues at all. The software setup and updates were very simple, it was just that issue of wireless connectivity. Something else that I noticed right away after scanning a few pictures, was that there was a nice precise white border around all the photo’s that were scanned in. Cosmetically, I found that to be a very nice touch as it made the photos stand out and look more crisp. Documents scanned are also of great quality and I have to say, I’m going to get a ton of use out of this little thing as I have records that I have to keep on a daily basis for my job. To know that I will be able to scan something in right there in the parking lot of whatever location I am in and send it right to my Boss will be a tremendous benefit. No more doing it at home when I just want to relax. If you want a good quality scanner that you can be completely mobile with, this is the way to go. I like the idea that this label printer is wireless and you basically can use any device like your phone, a tablet or laptop to connect - or even Desktop - just make sure it has a Bluetooth connectivity. This unit has an internal battery, which is also convenient. Highly recommend, if you need to print a lot of labels.

I use this to connect my laptop to my printer. It's great because I can't get my printer on the wireless network at my school and this cord lets me use it. It's a bit short but other than that works great and wasn't expensive.

Though I haven't had it three weeks, it is what it's advertised. I've never used a wireless printer before. I had to get use to not having it plugged into my laptop. I'm still learning as I go along.

This lightweight and portable computer has made printing so much easier! With this printer having a completely wireless option i can print just about anywhere in the printers wifi reach. I sometimes have to print things when i am traveling and this has made my life so much easier because i can easily travel with it and print when needed. I have been using my laptop and cellphone to print documents have found them both to be simple to use use and connect together. After taking the printer out of the box the printer set up takes about 15 minutes at the most to completely set it up. At first the print must be plugged in to charge a bit and the ink cartridges must be inserted. Once the ink is in place the printer needs to run through a start up process that took about 3 minutes. When it was finished with the start up i was able to connect my laptop to the printer via wifi. Once it was connected i was able to begin printing right away. When the printer is charged it can be removed from the charger and run wireless. The LCD screen has many different menu options and connection options that allows you to view the details of the printers current status.
