You have to download and install the Canon Professional Print & Layout Plug-In. Call them if you need assistance. I had the same problems that people complain about when printing. I called them for help after a few days and they told me what I'm telling you here. You make a test print of 9 examples and pick the closest to what you edited the photo for. Then you set various stuff like paper size, center photo - simple stuff. Then to hit print. That's it. After the first print I made another slight adjustment (brightest or contrast) and from then on the prints were perfect! Exactly what was on the P-Shop Elements editing screen. I use this ink in my canon pro9000 printer to print professional photos. It is consistant and always produces great results. I do wish that the ink cartridges were larger.
