Currently using this as a B Cam, second to my R5. Coming from another Canon mirrorless system made the R6 very intuitive. I really enjoy the unlimited recording time. The button layout is arguably better than the R5 on that front. Would highly recommend it!! 5 |

Having switched to an R6 mirrorless camera body, I cashed in my EF 70-200L f2.8 (weighed a ton) for this. Not worried about the f4 because the R6's very high ISO capability cancels that as a problem. More than. The way smaller size is great. So what's left? Clarity. As good as or way better than the old 2.8. Not to mention IBIS and auto eye focus. Shot my little bearded Terrier half in the dark way out in the hall peaking around the counter. His big black eyeball is like glass. Amazing lens. 5 |
