Canon Super 8 Movie Camera

Nice durable pouch. I can easily put my standard 8mm movie camera plus a super 8 in it with the dividers in place. Plus 3 pouches for film and accessories.

Use in a Canon XA10 movie camera. Appears to work perfectly. Watson are generally very reliable.

8GB SDRAM is much better than 4GB in my DELL desktop computer.

I used this in a Canon Super 8mm camera. This is a great film all around. Unless you are looking for something very specific this will be the only film you will ever need.

First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE.

It takes some getting used to. I always shoot it at EI 100. It has all the tonal range you need right there. It always requires underdevelopment though, anywhere from 8% -15%. The highlights blow out very easily, and this helps control them. Scratches easily, a bit softer than HP5. The lack of grain looks phenomenal at a large scale.

I just used the battery for the first time to shoot an 11 hour wedding day. I ran it down to 8% and it lasted me about 9.5 hours and around 2900 frames. They say it lasts 1350 or something like that but for me it was double.

Loved that assembly was super fast/easy and that I was able to do it all by myself (could've waited months for husband ). Disassembly was even faster, had it down in about 8 minutes. The picture quality was beyond belief, seemed like we were at a movie theater having our own private viewing. Super satisfied with our purchase from beginning to end - B&H had the best pricing and delivery was super fast. The screen quality is amazing; looking forward to many more family backyard movie nights with this screen.
