Canon Sx50Hs Digital Camera Review

I go this filter to protect the lens of my new Canon SX50HS camera. I like that ity has UV protection too. It fits great to the adapter and I can rest easy that I won't scratch the camera lens.

To start with, I'm dissappointed with Canon. I got an SX50HS and it did not come along with a USB cable !!! I thought that was a basic accessory. But fortunately there's B&H taking care of such problems. I opted for this store because of it's reputation of ensuring that the products on their inventory are genuine. The cable that I bought is an original Canon and does the job. Thanks B&H...but no thanks to Canon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canon Zoom Digital Monocular is so much better than expected. First, I love the small size of the camera. You can slip it into your pocket and take it anywhere. It is so lovely being able to take pictures of just about anything. Do you see something you like far away? It is not a problem with this camera. It has such an incredible zoom capability. You can take close-up pictures of sports games and nature or use it as an everyday traveling camera. It also takes video. I appreciate the Bluetooth connection to your phone. It makes image transfer so easy. With the invention of cameras on smartphones, I never thought I would want to carry a camera again, but now that I have this camera, I have completely changed my mind. My phone’s camera does not even compare to this one. It is in a whole other league.

It is the perfect addition to my camera inventory. I have an SX50HS that has been my go-to camera for having with me in the vehicle at all times. But the 20 megapixels and upgraded processor have been just what I need. My 5DMkIV is still my primary and D80 with Tamron 18-400 my telephoto choice , but this new SX70 gives me lots of zooming capability and by shooting in RAW I I can create some very good photos. Good purchase for me.

I have the S3IS and the SX50HS, but the definition of this machine is higher
