Canon T5I Camera Lenses

I needed a small around town backpack and this one fits the bill. I have a Canon T5i, 2 lenses one small (50mm) and one larger one and both fit just right. Enough pockets for extras (batteries, filters, mem cards) and personal items. Love it that it also has the chest and waist strap and rain guard. 5 |

I've used Fotodiox products in the past to adapt FD and Pentax Takumar lenses to my t5i and Takumar to my Canon FD A-1. They made solid adapters so I gave them a shot when I purchased an A7rII body and got their fusion plus adapter. I decided it wouldn't hurt to try an adapter before selling my t5i and efs 18-55, ef 50mm 1.4, and ef 24-70mm 4.0. The adapter works well with all three lenses and I've had no issues with the focus yet. I can change the aperture value just fine and there this iris toggle on the adapter that I find too weird to use. The other switch on the adapter toggles the focus modes but I don't really understand how it works. The one issue I have with the adapter though is the lag when you turn the camera on. It takes about 2 seconds for the camera to power up when the adapter is on. But for shooting basic headshots and scale models for my insta it works for me. All I really cared for was that the autofocus worked and it did so I'm happy. Insert thumbs up here* 5 |

If you're looking for an excellent all-purpose DSLR the Canon Rebel T4i and close cousin T5i are your best choices. I'm an intermediate hobbyist and find this camera easy to understand and use. It's DIGIC 5 processor produces superior images to the 50D/60D series, and it's ISO handling and simplified autofocus system are more reliable than Canon's upscale 7D. The touch screen speeds up decision-making in those instances where you have to quickly tweak your settings, and its lighter-weight body is a dream to carry and operate all day long. Imagine: no more camera shake! The T4i and T5i (both shoot 5fps) are nearly identical cameras: Canon had a problem recall with the grips on some of the early T4i causing allergic reactions (if you have one, you can enter your serial number in their website to determine if your camera is among those affected), so it quickly replaced the T4i with the T5i. The unaffected T4i's are a terrific buy if you can find one. The HD video technology pairs well with Canon's latest STM lens. Everyone has come to understand that DSLR video was a production afterthought. Because lenses don't constantly autofocus, most DSLRs are pretty useless for most video, however, this one does pretty well. PROS: high quality images, commands easy to navigate, light weight, built-in 'cheater' settings for point and shoot users, decent high ISO, full range of advance features CONS: plastic body doesn't feel like metal (but this makes the darn camera very light), only 9 points on its autofocus (though novice users are going to find this a plus) WHO SHOULD BUY THIS: anyone one wanting an excellent entry-level DSLR with HD video with room to grow, anyone wanting a not-too-expensive second body 5 |

I upgraded to the Canon 80D from the Canon t5i Rebel series. It had been a great camera so far. I am new to photography, so I'm not sure if all the technical functions but I love the WIFI option and the touch screen. 5 |

I used a Rebel T5i from 2013-2017. In 2017 I upgraded to a Canon 5DMKIV. Now in 2019, I upgraded once again to the Z CAM E2. To be honest I was afraid to buy into the ZCAM family because the company is so new, however, once I got into the Facebook community for ZCAM, I knew it was going to be a great camera. So far I've used the camera on a few shoots and it's been great. I love the form factor and the ability to shoot 4K at 160 fps, it's amazing. At the moment I have nothing to gripe about, however, I'll update this review if I find anything :) 5 |

I use this remote switch with a Canon T5i camera mounted on a vertical camera mount. It does the job nicely. 5 |

This is a nice upgrade to my old Canon T5i that I purchased from B&H years ago. I bought from B&H again because they stood behind the old camera and fixed a minor problem I had with it. The Canon EOS 6D Mark II moved a some of the controls but the menus and basic format are the same. This made it very easy to get used to the new camera and start taking pictures right away. I haven't had it long enough to use it a lot. My first impression is very positive! 5 |

This is my first DSLR camera. I was torn between the Canon T5i, Sony Alpha A58 and this Canon SL1. I've had it for only a few weeks but so far so good. The kit lens that came with it is a good all around lens. Pictures are nice and clear. The camera is easy to use and the menus are straight forward. The camera is pretty light but I can't say thats a bad thing. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this camera. I would recommend this camera to any one looking to get into the photography hobby. 5 |
