Canon To Nikon Converter

Had salesmen trying to tell me it would cost $+ to get a converter lens that would allow me to connect my Nikon D90 to my old Canon auto bellows. This did the trick for $+. No trickery on getting it to work as implied by other reviews - very easy and straightforward.

This converter allows me to use my Vivitar macro lens on my new Nikon D7100 camera. I also have many filters for my macro lens so they now work with the Nikon D7100!!!

By far this is my favorite favorite L lens. Images are simply stunning. Do not be fooled by the 200 mm fixed focal point, You can use the Canon Tele converter 1.4 x iii and get 300 mm, or the Canon 2.0 X iii Tele converter and get 400mm... Of course you lose a few stops of light, buy hardly to speak about... Love this Beast its a Beast... john j

I purchased this converter for my Canon lenses for the a6300 Sony camera. This converter works vey well with all my lenses.

Love the 100-400 lens, still waiting to use the tele-converter. I sold all my Nikon gear and switched to the Sony A7r3 and I am very happy with the result.

I use this lens together with a 1.4x Tele-converter for two different Nikon bodies: D7000 and D810. It works superbly with both DX and FX bodies. I took thousands of hand-held shots with very little effort. Unless otherwise it is too dark, the lens usually focuses fast and produces sharp enough photos. For any bird enthusiast, I will recommend this glass together with 1.4x tele-converter. You will not be regretting for a moment. I will even prefer this combination (as this is a prime glass) over Nikon 200-500mm glass.

Works on Nikon D810 tethered to a 2012 iMac via a usb-thunderbolt converter and into Lightroom for capture. Do have to secure it from slipping out of the socket on the camera (tape works fine), no biggie. Cheaper than the orange cord and length is perfect for my use with small table top or copy stand.

I asked B&H if this was compatible with my Nikon D3200 using the 55mm-300mm zoom lens. They said the auto-focus might not work in all lighting conditions. I was okay with that. I used this at my grandson's high school graduation that was held in the football field. It was early evening with sunny skies. It focused perfectly. I got great photo's from the bleachers 40 yards away. I even got a great video clip of him walking up and accepting his diploma. Picture quality was very good. I am not sure if the auto-focus will function in reduced light, but I am very satisfied and manual focus is not an issue. This is a very inexpensive way to boost a 300mm lens to 420mm. I compared using the converter to taking a photo without the converter and enlarging it to the same size. The tele-converter photo is much clearer.

Little tough deciding size to buy but I succeeded! This one good for Nikon 2X converter.

Since Nikon doesn't supply sufficent protection for my investments a almost $600 converter this Nikon bag is the perfect compliment to protect and keep my Nikon Z Teleconverter TC-1.4x looking brand new.
