Canon Vixia Video Camera

I use it to hold a Canon Vixia video camera at the bottom of the arc, a Genray LED panel at the top of the arc, and the RODE Link wireless microphone receiver in the middle the arc. It is easy to adjust and holds well. Great value for the dollar.

I am using the Canon VIXIA HF200 to shoot video outdoors. I bought this camera so I could take hi-def videos to make videos to post on @. I was shooting with mini-DV tapes before, but wanted to take higher resolution video. While I've only had the camera for a few weeks, I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use and the great picture quality when filming outdoors. I have not used it in low light conditions yet, so I can't comment on that. The LCD screen is well-sized, and the joystick is really easy to use. Menu options are easy to find and are pretty intuitive. I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to others.For Mac users, you will need to run OS 10.5 with iMovie8 or better. @. I didn't have any problems uploading HD pictures from my Canon Vixia.

I purchased the VIXIA HF M31 camcorder after becoming familiar with the slightly older VIXIA HG20 I purchased for work. I looked over several similar models outside the Canon VIXIA line, but found myself attracted to the VIXIA HF M31. I use this camcorder for both casual home video and professional work. The quality is THAT GOOD! The HF M31 uses 32GB flash RAM. There is no hard drive so concerns over shock or corrupt data are largely eliminated. It's also faster to power up and shoot when compared to hard disk based recorders. It includes a secondary SDHC memory slot for expanding storage space and allowing the ease of data transport from camera to computer. The HF M31 is largely controlled through a touchscreen LCD with a menu system that is quite intuitive. Setting white balance for changing light conditions is straightforward and quick. It will take some time to get used to the amount of pressure required to activate the touch screen. Perhaps the strongest feature with this camera is it's amazing image stabilization. Small hand-held cameras such as this one make it difficult to keep steady. However, Canon's stabilizer technology, especially when using the POWERED IS (Image Stabilization) button makes your video look far better than it should. Gentle pannning appears like it was shot on a tripod. Even maximum zooming shots hold tight in the frame. Audio recording is well above average for on-camera microphones. An input for an external mic is available. I have not yet used the mini-shoe for a boom mic, but have purchased an adapter in order to use standard shoe accessories. I highly recommend this camcorder to anyone wanting to capture HD video, up to the videomaker who seeks to take a small camera on the go. It's compact, light weight, and a big bang for the buck.

I bought the new Canon top-of-the-line video camera Vixia HF G-10 to use while on vacation on a sail boat at sea and needed a filter to protect the lens from the environment while not compromising the performance of the superb Canon optics. The next best high quality protective filter promised up to 98% light transmission while the Heliopan SH-PMC offered 16 layers of multicoating which gave 99.5% of light transmission.

The product itself seems to be fine. I bought it for use with a Canon Vixia video camera. The lens screws on without any problems. Unfortunately the design of Canon's lens shade won't fit over the lens and there's no other way to attach either the filter or the lens shade. NB: Canon Vixia buyers - BEWARE! - this filter is not compatible for use on this line of video cameras (2015) if you are planning to use the lens shade included with the camera.

This fits perfectly on the Canon Vixia HG21 Video camera. Reduces haze and protects the lens. Can also stay on when the camera is off and the lens closes automatically.

I researched for a few days on which HD video camera to buy. When i decided on the Canon Vixia HF M300 i knew I was buying a great camera. Right out of the box, the camera is ready to use and the very simple to understand. I would recommend this camera to anyone!!

Video head used with a Manfrotto 3021BPRO tripod with a small Canon VIXIA HFM30 video camera. I also have lots of 200PL quick release plates - one reason why I purchased this model. Smooth pan, perfect size for the Canon camera, great for panoramic camera use also but does not have a level - make sure your tripod has one a level. Can be used to support a spotting scope. As usual, excellent Manfrotto construction.

fits the camera end of accessory lenses for the Canon Vixia HF100

I use this for my Canon VIXIA and they should just give you this instead of all the cords and plug-ins. This was the first thing I bought when I bought my camera.
