Canon Waterproof Camera 2017

I used a Rebel T5i from 2013-2017. In 2017 I upgraded to a Canon 5DMKIV. Now in 2019, I upgraded once again to the Z CAM E2. To be honest I was afraid to buy into the ZCAM family because the company is so new, however, once I got into the Facebook community for ZCAM, I knew it was going to be a great camera. So far I've used the camera on a few shoots and it's been great. I love the form factor and the ability to shoot 4K at 160 fps, it's amazing. At the moment I have nothing to gripe about, however, I'll update this review if I find anything :) 5 |

Years ago I bought a canon prosumer camera from B&H. In November 2017 I had buy another Apple computer. All the plugs changed and were incompatible with cable on my camera. I spoke with a technician at B&H who guided me on what to get. Even showed me pictures and a link to the site. 5 |

This waterproof camera case for the Canon PowerShot G1X Mark III looks rugged and should protect it from water damage(I have to repair my camera due to it being out in the rain.). The only issue was FedEx left it at the wrong address which thankfully is a short walk from my residence. 5 |

Bought this case for Canon digital camera waterproof case, WP-DC51. It fits snugly and just what I needed for travel protection. Lightweight neoprene, not too bulky, snaps on back to close securely. 5 |

This Camcorder exceeds all my expectations. I came from the Sony PXW-Z190 and I do miss the 25X optical zoom but now I have more clarity and 4K is awesome. The recording in HEVC files makes the files half the size of the regular .264 or MPEG files with double the quality. The 30X zoom is very usable. The slow motion is buttery smooth. The U30 battery that comes with it won’t give you all day recording, so get the U60 for that. The Canon L glass shows clear and precise. I haven’t tested low light yet, but the groups and forums on Facebook have tested and uploaded clips that say its a winner in that regard as well. The biggest compliment is the use of SD cards...Initially I was leary about getting this camcorder because FCPX couldn’t read the HEVC files...6 months later, FCPX can read the files and edit them. Just be sure you have a fairly newer MacBook Pro because I have two, one I bought in 2014 and the newer one I bought in 2017...I recorded two different church services and loaded each on the different laptops. The newer 2017 model processed the files with no problem, but the older 2014 would load in FCPX but that’s it. So I took a clip 30 seconds long, updated my software, updated FCPX and tried, still no processing or saving the clip...So now I will be getting a new MacBook Pro to make sure I have a New Laptop that I know should work and also a backup in my 2017...Oh and Canon just released a new firmware for the XF705 with some nice improvements and fixed some problems people were experiencing...I didn’t have any problems but then again I’ve only had it two weeks...It’s not cheap but if you got about 8000 laying around go for it... 5 |

I have had this lens since Jan. 2017. I use it with Sigma's MC-11 adapter on my Sony A7R2 and love it. It has seen thousands of shots in all conditions here and in Europe and has become my carry-around favorite. Sharp, fast focus and solidly built. Easily outperforms my similar Canon lens I had for my 5D before I switched to Sony. And it is $300 less expensive than the new Sony version. I am an award-winning photojournalist of 40 years and my gear must perform in all weather and hold up to my use. The Sigma Art series lenses I have, 20mm F1.4; 85mm F1.4, this 24-105 F4, and the Sigma Contemporary series 150-600 f5.6-6.3 are tough, sharp, fast focusing, low distortion and every bit as good for high-megapixel cameras as the best of Canon, Sony and Nikon. I do have some Sony G-master lenses too, but my Sigmas are easily their equal. 5 |
