Canon Wireless Printer Using Separate Color Cartridges

After having separate scanner and printers I decided to simplify when my color laser printer finally died. The Brother combo black and white printer/ scanner hit on all my requirements. All in one function (scanning,copying and printing) fairly small form factor, reasonably priced unit and toner cartridges and as of to date no issues even after running through 2 new cartridges. Simple easy to use software and while i dont really need the subscription toner app, it not a bad feature. All in all very satisfied.

I find it a great value to have a printer that takes separate ink cartridges for almost every main color. These cartridges are not expensive and the color itself is great.

Using the starter cartridges that came with my new printer, and everything prints nicely. I have used Canon Pixma ink for years, and ALWAYS got very good results.

If you have one of the newer wireless all-in-one's from Canon, you're going to want the XL black & color inks. The Canon MG3100 series just might have the easiest cartridges to change, but any down time is lost time, and the XL's have far more capacity than the OEM cartridges.

Using the right paper and cartridges means everything. You can't go wrong with Canon paper.

I like that my color printer Canon MX870 uses two black cartridges including this one because I mainly print black and white. It is a very good quality ink. Replacing the ink is very easy.

I use the CLI-8 8 Color Multipack by Canon to replace ink cartridges in my Canon Pro 9000 inkjet printer. The printer is used daily for printing text and less frequently for photos. I am preparing to print 75 Christmas cards (same photo) for family use. This particular item offers the best value for replacement ink cartridges that I have found and is completely satisfactory.

I have had a Canon printer for 8 years, and use Canon ink cartridges as necessary. I'm very happy with the quality of prints (especially color photos) and therefore, I guess, very happy with Canon ink cartridges. Recently, the cyan ink cartridge was out of stock at the Canon online site, but I was able to order it from B&H and it shipped to me reliably and quickly.

I looked and looked for black cartridges for my Canon printer but nobody had them - only combos with a color cartridge for a high price. The printer is not even a year old, but plain black cartridges were nowhere to be found. I went a few MONTHS without being able to use my printer. Believe it or not, while standing in a well-known electronics store, I checked on my phone and came across B&H. They were in stock! I immediately ordered 2 and they arrived in a short time. Now I can use my printer.
