This RC-6 Wireless Remote Control works well with my CANON XC15 Video Camera, but only for taking pictures. If you have your XC15 Camera set to Video Mode it will take a picture instead of starting a video recording. On a special note, it works from behind the camera if you are within 2 feet and have a fresh battery installed. 5 |

So far, we have been very pleased with the performance of the Canon XD 20 professional video camera. We are using it in a mobile church situation and using florescent lighting and don't have any problems with the color rendition at all. It looks exceptional. We are going direct to the xlr connection for sound, and that is also very good. 5 |

Happy to say that this relatively inexpensive piece of equipment works well with my other gear (Canon XC15) and Zoom and FaceTime, which I have used extensively. Though I typically route my audio through another interface (Scarlet 2i2), I've tested it through the XC15 and this unit, and the sound is very comparable. I require high-quality and reliable gear for my work, and so far, this unit does it. I appreciate that it is compact as well. 5 |
