I will use this macro lens with my Canon XSI camera. I am very pleased with it;... The lens works wonderfully with my camera. It is not too heavy,it is easy to mount and to hold. Many pictures do not require a tripod; I really like the IS feature. My main purposes will be to use it for macro (nature and indoor pets); and for portraits (indoor pets, especially). The lens adjustments (AF/MF, IS YES/NO, etc) are easy to make prior to shooting. I put a UV filter on it to protect from scratching. 5 |

This is a wonderful product! I use it for my Rebel XSi with two lenses, one is a large zoom lens and the other is a macro lens. The pick 'n pluck foam in this is superb and allows you to customize your case exactly to your needs. The case is a little deep (definitely not a con though) so you will have to cut the foam pieces to place back into the case so that your equipment doesn't sink all the way to the bottom. You could very easily put this case through heck and back with your equipment staying unharmed. The only thing I will complain about is that I don't have more of them. Keep in mind the interior dimensions of the case and make sure it'll fit your equipment ahead of time. 5 |

Only lens I got with an XSI and it was worth every penny. Covers the work of 2 or even 3 lenses and with a top class construction and feel I have no qualms of leaving it on the camera for good, unless of course I get something a bit more rugged. 5 |
